hotel was clean and tidy.Suitable for budget traveller

3 nights in Semporna. Excellent location. Near restaurants n Dive shops n jetty. Our rooms on 1st floor. Small but clean rooms with attached bathroom. Air cond amd water pressure can be improved. Good customer services. Recommended.

Very accommodating hotel - easy to contact before arrival, tended to all our requests and, most importantly, kept a phone charger that we forgot for us for a couple of days and returned it safely. Highly recommended !

Sipanda inn 1 located close to the jetty. So do other hotels. The room is very simple with one queen side bed. The tissue box was empty and no toilet roll. The tv was not working either. It is also noisy due to close proximity to the restaurants.

The location is very much convenience to the jetty, restaurant and stores. It's all walking distance.

Just nice for short staying

Favourite hotel to stay in if got work at Semporna, once a month i flew from KL to Tawau and heading to Semporna for work. and Sipadann Inn 1@2 will always be my choice. The location is good nearby supermarket, close to Jetty. Room quiet spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. TV is functioning with good channel even though only got 3.

Cheap but far from dobby area... hahaja. But sometimes no water.
