SOSO. Best is the sea view. The room is small, no service to the room. Everything needs to pick up yourself. Not worthing this money for sure…

I recently stayed at the 5-star Parnas Hotel in Jeju, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into our room, we discovered the indoor temperature was uncomfortably hot at 27°C. We immediately reported the issue, and a technician came by, informing us there was a blockage causing the problem. As we couldn't settle in, we left our belongings packed and went out for about an hour. Upon returning, the temperature had only slightly dropped to 26.5°C, prompting us to request a room change. Due to the peak season, the only available option was a lower-floor room. Although the air conditioning issue was resolved in the new room, we soon noticed a strong cigarette odor. Initially mild, the smell intensified shortly after opening the balcony door for ventilation. To our dismay, we discovered that our balcony was situated directly above a smoking area, with approximately ten people smoking right beneath us. The hotel staff had failed to mention this significant inconvenience when assigning us this room. Moreover, the new room had a considerably smaller bathroom, half the size of the original, and the fixed shower head was at chest height, even for my child, making it impractical for proper use. We raised another complaint but were told no other rooms were available that day. The next day, the hotel finally provided a room located far from the smoking area. Despite the inconvenience of repacking and relocating once again, we appreciated the hotel's gesture of offering fruits as an amenity and tried to enjoy our stay, especially since the infinity pool was excellent. However, our relief was short-lived. To our shock, we found blood stains on one pillow and the middle of the bed sheet in the newly assigned room. My family and I confirmed none of us were injured, indicating a serious lapse in the hotel's cleanliness standards. We immediately called the front desk, requesting replacements, but disappointingly received no further apologies or acknowledgment from the staff during our stay. Upon checkout, there was still no proactive apology until after settling our additional charges. When I questioned the lack of communication, the staff mentioned they had called our room, claiming we did not answer. Considering we weren't confined to our room, they had ample alternative ways to communicate, such as leaving a simple note. Only after we left for the airport did a manager contact me personally, offering a room upgrade for our next stay. Unfortunately, there won't be a next time. A proactive approach during our stay would have made all the difference. Overall, based on my experience, I would advise potential guests to consider these issues carefully before booking.

The stay was nice in general despite of some hygienic issue with the bedding at the beginning. The staff were helpful. Problems were solved in a quick manner. The pool was good even though there were quite a lot of people.

We chose this hotel recommended by our friends. The location was great and inside the hotel was very nice. However, for the price of the hotel and for their 5 star rating, there were several issues. 1: There were rusts on the balcony from the inside and outside. The paints were peeling on the outside wall. It just looked dingy and unkept. 2: We asked for a higher floor, but they gave us middle floor - which is fine. However, when we asked for a change of room due to the rust, they told me only option is a different floor with blocked view of the ocean with still rusts. 3: The customer service at the front reception was very superficial- they don’t even try to accommodate- not meeting my expectation for “5star” hotel. 4: Their breakfast was 70,000 KRW. I understand they want to charge like a luxury hotel, but the price was out of touch

The room we paid for was a deluxe seaview at SGD422 per night and was advertised as having a room size of 37sq m in trip.com and the hotel website and 398 square feet in *********** . It is NOT TRUE as the room size is much smaller than that. The room had 2 single beds with a small bedside table in between the two beds and there was hardly any space around the beds to move or even open our bags . I measured the room size (including the bathroom) and it is much smaller than 37sq m. When I approach the front desk to tell them of this discrepancy, they did not take me seriously. I was told deluxe room is the entry level room and is therefore tight in space. I feel that what is stated in the hotel or trip.com site should be accurate or we are not getting what we paid for .

Impossible to reach by public transport. Luckily we rented a car to travel around. Hotel was the BOMB!! Breakfast buffet was amazing. The view? Mesmerizing 🥵🥵❤️❤️ Cleanliness, top notch 👍🏻 Wish I spent more than 2 nights but it was expensive!! Had a great time there.

Loved this hotel, stayed in a lot of Jeju hotels and definitely recommend it. If you come with club benefits there’s sucha a more elevated experience. Nice facilities and clean luxury vibes in Jeju.

Still great as last time, but I guess it's because the customers become more, so the service is not as perfect as last time, but still good enough. I guess I will still come next time because of the incredible ocean view.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. I was staying at Club Prestige Suite for the ***** New Year holiday. We used the swimming pool. A few hours later, we experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. Additionally, there was no available infirmary. It was horrible stay i’ve ever had. I will never spend my money and time for holiday in Parnas again.

Very clean and lovely room. Amazingly huge balcony with perfect sea view as booked. Super friendly staff for check in, room service and support for finding genuine and delicious restaurants. Great location by the sea with a lovely walk to a nice bar and beach area
