The good location near the subway Sinchon station just a 3 minute walk and the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. However, one significant downside was the lack of an elevator. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage. this can be quite inconvenient. I stayed on the third floor, and carrying my bags up the stairs was tiring after a long day of travel.😂🥲

Ah good room for a good price. It's not my first time staying here and I always likw to come back. The location is super good and the price for the area too!

Good ecperience, accesible to public transforation, good experience at night

It's located in a small street. The location is good. But the room is very dirty. I saw three cockroaches during my one night stay. I can't imagine what would happen if I stayed more nights. It’s very terrible.

We recommend you to contact the host before checking-in because there was no e-mail on how to check-in sent to us. When we arrived, the front door was an automatic lock, but there was line&kakao ID written on the front door. The host responded to our message very quickly and tell us about all the informations via line. The hostel was very quiet and the was plenty amenities provided for customers. There was no elevator and the stairs were quite narrow. The location is excellent and we enjoyed 2nights there.

It's a hostel so no private room service at all however whenever I need aide staff members and an owner are very efficiently sort out my requests, am quite satisfied with the place. I stayed 29nights, it was my first visiting seoul in 10 years as a korean Australian citizen. Who want low budget and reasonable stay in seoul, I will the Carrot Hostel 🥕. Why not!

When I first stayed here, everything was fine, except that the ventilation was poor. But this second time I stayed here... I had a really bad impression. I could kill more than 5 small insects and cockroaches in one night. I'm really afraid of cockroaches, but when I reported it to the management, they just changed the room. A cockroach died in the corridor for several days, but they didn't clean it up. They didn't tidy up the environment every day. The cockroach crawled right in front of me in the management office on the first floor. I asked them to come out and see, but they didn't move at all. I can only say that such service and sanitary environment are really unsatisfactory. I can only say that the transportation is convenient, but I really don't want to live here in the future.

The location is very good and it is very close to the subway station, but the hotel has no elevator and you have to go up the stairs by yourself. The overall check-in method is self-service. The room space is OK, but the bathroom is small and damp. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. You can hear the noise from the corridor and the street. It is more suitable for a short rest

Twin rooms. It’s too cold in the room. Obviously, I told them to talk separately if they needed heating, but there was no response even if they left a text message. There was no one at the counter all day. Eventually, I had to go out at night to buy a hot pack. Don't come in winter, it freezes to death.

The entrance is in a narrow alley, and this time the alley was under construction so it was hard to find, but we managed to get there 😊 The only towels we could find were face towels, so maybe they were there somewhere? But my friend and I were talking about how attractive it was to be able to stay this much at this price.

I have never seen such a disgusting place. I can't describe it. It's uninhabitable. This is the first time in my life that I write a bad review. I lay on the bed for a minute and my body started to itch through my clothes. I can't imagine how dirty it is. I stayed in the air conditioner for a while and then left. I couldn't check out but I didn't stay.

The air conditioner is not very cool.
