Front desk service is very helpful and friendly. #3703 airport shuttle is about one block away from hotel. A lot places to eat within a few minutes walk.

Pretty good~ Although it's a bit far from the subway, the room was clean and comfortable. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, which was really convenient for my late-night snacks. Plus, the front desk staff was very friendly. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance~

Service: Non-existent. They didn't even bother to greet us during check-in or check-out. They were super polite to Korean guests, showing clear discrimination. Environment: The hotel is quite far from the subway stations. You'll need to walk a good 15 minutes to either Samseong or Seolleung Station.

Convenient. Easy to access to everywhere. Love there’s a Landry room, gym and movie theatre. Too bad I did not have enough time to use all the facilities. It’s my second time there. Prefer it to the other places I stayed

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is a major plus, with two metro stations right nearby, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly. My room was lovely—spacious, modern, and very comfortable. On top of that, the service was top-notch. The whole team was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a place with a great location and great service, this is it!

The room was great, with powerful air conditioning and plenty of space. The service was excellent, and communication in English was no problem. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and breakfast was decent.

Stayed for a night, it was convenient for getting around since it's close to the subway. The room size was perfect for two people, and the value for money was definitely there. There are tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus the hotel even has a convenience store.

For short stay is nice. Location is alright waking distant to Coex mall. Hotel facility is standard too. hotel breakfast may need to improve on variety. Every almost similar foods for the past 6 days stayed.

The hotel was easy to find using navigation, located right by the road and quite noticeable. First, the pros: 1. The front desk staff spoke good English, making communication smooth. The room was cleaned daily when I pressed the cleaning service button, and they did a thorough job. Staff members were always friendly and greeted guests warmly. 2. It's a walkable distance from the subway, which is convenient. There's also a Hyundai Department Store and COEX nearby for shopping and entertainment. There's a CU convenience store right in the hotel's basement, perfect for picking up daily necessities and snacks. Plus, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. 3. The area is quite pleasant, surrounded by office buildings. It's not as crowded or noisy with tourists as places like Myeongdong. Now for the cons: 1. The air conditioner only had two fan speed settings, and even the lowest setting felt too strong. 2. The soundproofing wasn't great. If you have a loud neighbor, it can be quite bothersome late at night. 3. I stayed in room 402 this time, and unfortunately, an adjacent building's rooftop was right outside my window. On the third night, it rained, and the raindrops hitting the metal sheeting on that rooftop made an incredibly loud dripping noise. I barely slept that night; it was truly miserable.

I stayed at the Ibis Gangnam Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The guests seemed happy with the service, and the hotel’s convenient location near COEX Exhibition Hall made it easy to attend business meetings and events. Overall, it’s a great choice for business travelers.

Despite its location, the rooms are too old, AC not working well and too noisy, windows were so dirty, so I had to close the curtain
