The location is not hard to find because it is along the main street, but there is not much parking space... The advantage is that there are many shops around, so it was good for eating and buying things. The facilities are average, but the staff seemed to pay a lot of attention to service and other aspects, which was nice.

The staff were friendly and it was clean.

I stayed here for the sole reason of being close to the TV station. But it was really noisy!!! It's what they call a love hotel. The walls were so thin that I couldn't sleep at all because I could hear the sound of the next room watching TV at full volume until the early hours of the morning... Basically, every sound can be heard. I got the impression that this is a place for people who don't care about others, even in the middle of the night, because of the loud voices talking in the hallway and the sounds of commotion. The outlets by the bed were useless. I won't use them again even if I have to go to the same TV station again. Earplugs are a must.

It's okay to just take a nap. I don't recommend the bathroom.

It was nice to find a quiet and nice place nearby without using expensive Hongdae hotels. I used it quietly and cleanly. thank you
