Hotel Cocomo Reviews

This is my first time staying in a decent hotel where the receptionist (female) is so lukewarm. There is no welcome and no explanation. We were given the 4th floor and inside the lift actually the number is replaced with F. We are quite confused and have to go up and down just to figure it out. I think this floor is really if u pay for the cheap price? It smells so badly of cigarettes. Luckily the room does not smell like cigarettes..The male receptionists are more welcoming. Also this is my first time I encountered that if you do not want to change your bedsheet when making up the room, they will just leave it there. I'm shocked..the housekeeping will not make your bed.

The room is a bit small but good enough for solo travllers. However the plug of the room is broken and i can only charge my phone by USb charging

Cocomo is a very good hotel for me in coming to Korea this time. The staff are all lovely and the service is very good. The hotel provides everything for convenience next time if I come to Korea, 1 will stay here again and I will tell my friends. The hotel is very good.

poor Front employee needs service education, close toilet

it is near the place that I want to go so it's quite conveniece for me to stay there. the room is quite good, and also it has the bakery shop next door

The hotel is very close to the subway! There is NC Mall nearby, and it's very convenient to eat there. There are also supermarkets, which are places with many residents. There is fried chicken a little further away, very delicious! The hotel staff were very friendly. I lost my card holder and one of my room cards. After I told the front desk staff, they gave me a new one. I was surprised that they didn't blame the guest.

The hotel is less than five minutes’ walk from the subway station. There is a big sign at the entrance, which is very conspicuous and easy to find!! There is a convenience store not far downstairs but it will be closed at night. There are also two convenience stores of different brands not far away, you can choose from ~ Of course there are also cafes, restaurants and fruit shops!! The department store next to it is very big and nice to shop. There are Daiso and Olive Young for sale. There is also a big supermarket on B1F (although no tax refund!) But there are a lot of food to buy! The bed is big and soft. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. However, the TV only has cable TV. It's a pity that you can't watch YOUTUBE and NETFLIX. The room is a little dark, so you can only put on makeup at the sink!! All in all, the surrounding convenience and price are very good~

I made a reservation to watch a baseball game at Gocheok Sky Dome. It's right next to Guro Station, so you can walk 1 subway stop. It's right next to NC Department Store, so it's convenient to use, but the bed sheets weren't clean. And the bed rocked so much like a waterbed that I almost got motion sickness... Conclusion: The surrounding accessibility is good, but the room condition is not satisfactory.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient, and there are shopping districts nearby. The room we stayed in had good lighting and was very clean, making it comfortable to live in.

Guro Station is not like a subway station in the city center, but more like a suburban train station. There are three flights of stairs from the back of the boarding and alighting area to the exit. There are no escalators or elevators. After going up the three flights of stairs, the hotel is in the direction of NC Department Store at Exit 1. Since the escalator cannot be used going down, you can walk into the NC Department Store and take the escalator and then go down, or take the elevator on the right side near the exit where you swipe your card and then cross the road. There are CU, 7-11 convenience store, Paris baguette, and Starbucks nearby. The hotel has front and back doors. It is recommended to go through the front door for brighter lighting. The equipment in the room is old and very stuffy. Open the window for ventilation, there will be noise from outside. The sound insulation is not good, even the upstairs shower can hear the sound of water, and the pillow has a peculiar smell. The carpet looks dirty. There are two bottles of water in the room, and the supplies include toothbrushes, razors, tea, and coffee bags. The room is not large, and the luggage can be unfolded under the TV table. The shower head in the bathroom is fixed and separated from the dry and wet toilets, but it is separated by a glass door next to the bed, with a sink in the middle.

Daily cleaning, metro station nearby, comfortable bed, air conditioning, polite staff. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the main attractions.

I stayed here because there was a concert at Gocheok Sky Dome. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. I'm very satisfied!
