Overall it's good, after all, the price is not cheap. But the front desk clerk has a bad face. I think as a service industry, customers are the top priority, isn't it good to serve with a smile?

Forget it if you don’t have a comb or anything like that. When I took a shower, I discovered that there was no shower gel or shampoo in it. The next day, I told the front desk that there was only shampoo and no body wash. There was no smile on the Chinese people's face the whole time, so it was bad luck to go there.

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Apgujeong Station in a straight line. There is also Olive Young on the way. There are a lot of cosmetic surgery clinics around here. It feels old, but it's clean. There is also a bathtub. If you look at the details, you can see that it is covered with dust, but I guess it is relatively clean..? That's what it feels like. If the price was a little lower...I feel like it would be worth it. The woman at the front desk was very nice and made me feel welcome! The location is great. difference

This is my second time using it this year. I was an attendant for a family member's cosmetic surgery! There are many orthopedic surgeons around. It seemed like it was under construction last time, but now that it's finished, it's beautiful! In terms of access, you only have to leave Apgujeong Station and walk straight down the main street for about 10 minutes, so it's easy to find. There are convenience stores, Starbucks, Olyan, and other shops nearby, and you can walk to Sinsa and Apgujeong Rodeo, so the location is great. Everyone at the front desk is kind. I think Japanese is difficult, but English is okay. They readily agreed to my request for a taxi and additional bath towels. The amenities are perfect and have everything you need. There are bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes for each person, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and hand soap are all of good quality and have a nice scent. Of course, you can also watch Netflix. I enjoyed watching Ghibli, which is not available on Netflix in Japan. This hotel is highly recommended for those who have business in the Apgujeong area. You can stay with peace of mind. Overall, I really like the price, service, and location of this hotel.

The service attitude of the front desk staff is very average. Seeing that you are Chinese, they will give you the last room...the toilet is fully automatic but very dirty. The facilities are relatively old and the toilet is cracked. I am afraid that it will crack if I sit on it...The fire protection system is broken after staying for many days. I screamed twice in the middle of the night and I didn’t know what was going on. There was a little girl at the front desk and the staff couldn’t handle it. A bunch of guests were complaining about it. After all, the price of this hotel is here. In fact, it is recommended to pay more to stay in other better hotels.
