First stay in Seoul and it was a great experience in the Hotel. Greatest Mall ever visited beside (or more or less inside) the Hotel. Food first class (pricy of course, but okay for Seoul). Gym, Sauna, Pool...just great. We will come definitely back on our next stay in the City.

Although the hotel is on a slight slope, it is still relatively manageable even for people travelling with bigger/heavier luggage. There are a few convenience stores and many eateries nearby, with the closest metro station (Seolleung station) only a few minutes away on foot. The nearest station exit to the hotel (exit 3) does not have an elevator, but exit 1 does, so do take note should you need one. The hotel overall has a simple and clean look, with friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room could be improved as I found some hairs in the bathroom, as well as dust on the window ledge and cups, but it was still acceptable. Fortunately, I did not face any issues with noise, and the hotel surroundings were quite peaceful considering its bustling location. I had a comfortable stay, and would consider coming back again!

Staff is super friendly, facilities and room was very clean. Mini bar came stocked with complimentary snacks, beer and water! Did not try the hotel restaurant. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Love this hotel! Location is the best with the Hyundai store just 3 steps away, and the airport terminal just 2 mins walk away. The room is impeccable, not just clean but beautiful and luxurious! Lounge is also perfect for chilling with friends for high tea and evening drinks. Every hotel staff can speak English well, and their service is top notch! Highly recommended! Will book here again!

Super Great but it’s a little bit sad that during the season I went there, the foot spa is not available.

Customer services are impeccable. I didn’t get to experience the bars or the restaurants, so not much to tell there. The hotel has great view even if not facing towards the coex mall. Overall the room is comfy. Minus point is that when checking in I had to deposit but after check out after 14 days my refund hasn’t been shown in my statement. I hope the staffs are more aware of the process to be able to assure the clients.

This hotel was in a prime spot in Seoul. Very close to nice malls and great food. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean. If I go back, I’ll def stay here again.

Views and food were great. Ventilation Fan inside the bedroom was too weak, almost out of breath during the shower. No huge Shopping Mall nearby. Pool was only 1.3 m deep.

Perfect stay to shop around Garosugil (just across) and walking distance to Apgujeong area Had a lovely stay with seamless checkin and checkout, the street access to hotel lobby is nice after a long day out. Especially pleased with the complimentary mini bar with daily top ups and good housekeeping. Had a nice room on 3rd level with easy access to the community kitchen and laundry service area.
