Hotels in Yongsan/Itaewon, Seoul

Large spacious room with a modern, clean design. Facilities all of good standard and ambiance of the hotel common areas is great. Breakfast was good with both local and western options. A little walk from the nearby metro stations so consider getting a taxi or bus if you have luggage otherwise the location in itaewon has lots to do. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends visiting Seoul.

This hotel is good quality for the price I paid. The double bedrooms are up to a good standard and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. I did not sample the breakfast. However, the only issue is that this hotel has one working lift. They need to fix the other lift because waiting for the lift can take time. Great location and I would stay here again!

Always my first choice whenever travel to Seoul and gonna have party in itaewon. Sound proof is a lil bad as you can hear the music from the area. But i always get tired and fall asleep fast, not a big problem to me

I came in early to check in but the rooms are not ready yet , Mr Alex politely asked me to leave the bags here and come back at certain time for checking in, he even allocated me a very comfortable room high flow as requested when I booked with trips.com Mr Alex gave accurate information on the services provided by the hotel as well as the area surrounding. Location of the hotel is right in the Center of Itaewon, very close by to the subway Itaewon station. Easy access from Gimpo n Incheon airport with just one transfer by train A lot of eateries around the hotel and within walking distance . There’s step slope to get to the hotel , I would not recommend if u are travelling with elderly n children’s especially if they are on wheel chair or strollers , may not be able to get up the steep slope. Overall , this hotel is excellent for solo or young couple traveller the inroom facilities are EXCELLENT . I’m surprised they have heated floors and the amenities ( hairdryer/ speakers/ water boilers and etc are high tech n impeccable for the younger generation who will appreciate. I would definitely come back here again on my next Seoul trip. The room and equipment are a bit old, but for the price it's ok, the landlady is very friendly and enthusiastic

Very close to Itaewon station. I arrived late (around 12am) so they left my key in the locker. Towels are provided. The room has a window but it’s next to one bed and at the end, when the bed is closed with the curtains, there’s no natural sunlight in the room. Overall it’s recommended.

I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos. The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly. When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice. Will definitely be back. Grand Hyatt ＜3 !

I stayed at the Quirky Inn last weekend, and while the room was cozy and the staff super friendly, I couldn't help but notice a platypus lounging under the bed! It was a bit unexpected, but honestly, it added to the charm of the place. The breakfast was great, and I loved the unique decor. Just be prepared for some surprises!

This hotel is conveniently located in Itaewon near the subway station. It is smaller than it appeared, but it had all the amenities needed, plus some toiletries. There was a slight smell, slightly stuffy, and like maybe someone was covering up cigarette smoke. That was really the only downside. The room had WiFi and Netflix on the TV. I said “friends” in the guest option because I wouldn’t recommend this to families. It had more of a friends for the night vibe.

It is very close to Itaewon subway station. The surrounding area is quite prosperous and there are many people singing and dancing. The sign is clear and easy to find, the lobby is warm and there is a shared kitchen. To enter the room, you need to go out from the back door of the hallway, walk up an open-air staircase (you will get wet on rainy days), the capsule room is on the right, and the family room is on the left hand side. The men's and women's room labels are clearly written on the room doors. There are slippers and towels in the cabinet outside the room. Please change into slippers before entering the room. There is enough space for bags in the berths, the sockets are of national standards (praised by Chinese travelers, no international adapter required), the bathroom is inside the room, with a shared sink, two toilets and two showers, and the environment is quite clean. The price is a bit expensive on weekends, but ok on weekdays.
