The hotel was overall nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the amenities were great. The only thing was the front dest staff was kind of weird to us. I told them that I booked the room with two breakfast per room per day, but they insisted that they would only give us one per room per day even if it was clearly stated on the booking voucher. They even told us to talk with trip.com and that it's not their problem. Finally, after I showed them the voucher again, they gave in and said that okay, I'll make it in the system for you so that you can have two breakfast per room per day. I was pissed.

Fast check-ins, excellent view from the 19th floor room! Buffet breakfast is average and can be better. Great shopping convenience at the doorstep, can’t complain abt that!

I stayed Le Merdien Putrajaya during my business trip. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I love it.

What can I say marvellous. From the the very strategic location of receptionist because in front of the main lobby. Easy to locate it. Very informative receptionist from parking in & out to breakfast place so helful. The room spacious, neat, modern design & comfortable. The breakfast marvellous with variety choices of food. Fresh "roti canai" & teh tarik served onto the table.Overall Im very happy to be here & will come again certainly.

Hotel was nice. But car park was difficult to find. Manage to find a nice mall security who lead the way to hotel car park. Hotel to mall was very very convenient. Check in was fast and room was general clean. Will probably book again

Location is good connected to mall Bought club access package but the lounge access is not a typical 4 star hotel standard there are more room for improvement
