Fast check in..Room is very big and comes with bath tub. Attached to the IOI biggest mall. Distance not far from KLIA. Overall pleasant stay. Love it

The hotel was overall nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the amenities were great. The only thing was the front dest staff was kind of weird to us. I told them that I booked the room with two breakfast per room per day, but they insisted that they would only give us one per room per day even if it was clearly stated on the booking voucher. They even told us to talk with trip.com and that it's not their problem. Finally, after I showed them the voucher again, they gave in and said that okay, I'll make it in the system for you so that you can have two breakfast per room per day. I was pissed.

Fast check-ins, excellent view from the 19th floor room! Buffet breakfast is average and can be better. Great shopping convenience at the doorstep, can’t complain abt that!

I stayed Le Merdien Putrajaya during my business trip. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I love it.
