"This is a very honest review as we saw it.Overall holiday very good but a lot of hit and miss things This is not 5 star as some staff are great and some are not at all . We had 2 Al LA CARTE meals which turned out to be disastrous . Our table in HADERA area was crawling with flies and the manager didn t make any effort to resolve . Cleaning of our room was more or less non existent and mini bar only sorted once in the week Thats the negatives which didnt spoil a very good holiday The entertainment was great and the entertainment team of OMEZ ACHRAF and MARIO were so friendly OMEZ made us so welcome with his infectious smile . Thankyou OMEZ from FATTY and wife. We had a swim up room which was brill We stayed here last year and thought it was not quite as good this year but still wouldn t put anyone off going here' THANKYOU PALOMA SENSIA"

The grounds are large, green, and very well-maintained, making it pleasant to stroll and relax. A special mention of the food: the breakfasts were simply superb, and the dinners were also varied and delicious. It's convenient that you can eat in the adjacent building (Regnum Crown), as everything is on the same premises. The lunches seemed a bit weaker, but overall the food was decent. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations, and I would happily return!"

"Genuinely the best service we've had at an all inclusive hotel. From the moment you arrive everything is handled for you - cases are taken to your room and you're diverted to a sofa with chocolate strawberries and drinks to check in (no reception queue!). You are assigned two assistants to help with your stay who are simply amazing - they handle all of your reservations, baby equipment for the room, special pillow requests etc. They are super helpful, quick to reply and no ask is too small. Big thanks to our assistants Tutku and Oussama for making our trip stress free. The chocolatier and patisserie experiences are incredible - we expected long queues, sub-par chocolate or stock issues. Only the opposite is true - there's never a queue, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the cakes/chocolates are all delicious. We're having a great time! Pool side table service is great - very nice to have fruit and drinks delivered to you "

"Our hearts are truly captured! This is a wonderful hotel, nestled among lush orange trees. The owners are such kind-hearted people; they even let us pick fresh oranges for juice every morning. It was a magical stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly everywhere, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed – from dishes to fresh towels and linens. It felt like visiting good friends. We will definitely be back!"

"NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!!! Where do I even start, the hotel is disgusting - filthy everywhere. The food is awful and borderline inedible. Me and my partner had to spend extra to eat out and after trying the food for 2 days I experienced an upset stomach and diarrhoea. The staff are uninterested in being any help and don’t speak much english. The men-women ratio is crazy, constant groups of men wandering around targeting, intimidating and harassing women for simply existing. The women working aren’t respected - I got approached several times for promiscuous endeavours by creepy men who tactically waited until my partner was out of sight!! We witnessed 3 PHYSICAL fights at the reception during the evening, chairs being thrown, noses bleeding THE LOT!!! Staff didn’t even seem fazed by this and no consequences for those involved!!! absolutely terrible hotel!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!"

"The grounds are very clean and beautiful, but the hotel itself, the rooms, and the restaurant are quite worn out. The food is very poor for a 5-star hotel of this chain. And the beach is dirty (bottle caps right in the sand, cigarette butts, sunbeds are even black, cheap plastic. It was unpleasant.) The grassy area is nice. The floorboards around the pool are wobbly. I moved to another hotel."
