"In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved."

"other than the hotel being situated in the middle of the town. Here is what we encountered: - We are not European tourist, so the front desk staff just brushed us off until we pushed back hard that we do have a reservation. - Did not want to honor the fact that we have booked the room with breakfast. They did not want to provide us with breakfast until we called Trip.com to help resolve. They then provide us breakfast at 10am. I suspect that they spit into my food. - the evening we arrived, we were heading down the elevator to check out the town. There was a ********** that came up to our floor to meet with her client."

Crystal Paraiso Aqua Collection
"This was our second time to this hotel in Antalya, All Inclusive. This time booked through Holiday Gems. Private hotel transfers there and back total £50, no problems very efficient. Hotel has nice family room like a small apartment - I think a queen size double in one room with a twin room behind in another room. Toilet/shower has one door, to make either toilet or toilet and walk in shower room I.e. so others can access sink if someone in loo. It would be better if there was a separate toilet door, but hey ho. Fridge regularly restocked with drinks. Balcony good to dry out swimming stuff. I can agree that some areas were a little dusty in places, some wear and tear, but quite comfortable rooms. Beds very comfortable. Air con very good. Food- kids loved getting cereal, pancakes with lashings of choc spread, and I liked the fresh fruit, fried eggs and vast range of food on offer. In the evening, there were always the staples available- chips, freshly made pizza, chicken dishes with rice, plenty of salad things with themed nights. I particularly enjoyed the sushi night. Deserts are always a treat. Tons of what looked like freshly made baclava, so for a sweet tooth like me, it was great! Pools, main big one to swim and lie on your inflatables, slides pool including big scary snake ride and kids area (under 10 i think). Kids loved the pool and slides, with real highlights being able to take themselves to the pool side snack area for drinks, munchies and ice-creams throughout the day. You can venture to the beach area if you want to play in the sea and go to restaurant there for dinner. Note if you go i the evening - do put on anti mosquito repellant as the little critters will eat you! Staff are pleasant and helpful. We liked going to the patisserie bar after dinner and ordering coffee/teas with cakes and turkish delight while playing card games."
Orange County Belek
"Good hotel. Excellent food. High-quality, imported alcohol."
Crystal Family Comfort Collection
"Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!"

Armas Life Belek
"We went as a family of 4 with another family of 4 and we had a lovely time. However, if you are English and are wanting an English holiday but with the sun, then this isn’t a holiday for you. It is a Russian area and even people who worked in hotel said it is predominantly Russians. This wasn’t a problem for us because we went with friends so we made our own fun. The entertainment is mainly in Russian but some of it is still fun to watch. There were lots of reviews saying the hotel staff don’t speak English, this isn’t true. There are a lot of staff that speak very good English. They are all so friendly and are very welcoming of the English. The entertainment staff are brilliant and our favourite waiter Chat couldn’t do enough for us! The food in the food hall is very similar each day and there isn’t a lot that the kids liked. The decor is very dated, which is a shame as we found this was the hotels biggest let down. However the snack bar, where we ate most lunch times is amazing. They do fresh pizza, chicken burritos, burgers, pizza and salad and it is cooked fresh and delicious. There is also a lady that makes fresh Turkish bread everyday, that is lovely. The drink choice is a bit disappointing and the cocktails weren’t as nice as I was expecting. We were worried about the rooms but ours was a connecting room with the kids and it was really spacious. The towels were changed and beds made daily. The air con was great. The pool was lovely and they work so hard to keep it clean. There were sun beds available everyday. Overall it was a lovely holiday and if the hotel just had a bit of updating it would be great."
Rixos Park Belek - the Land of Legends Access
"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!"
Limak Arcadia Sport Resort Belek
"What can I say, this hotel exceeded expectations. It is absolutely wonderful, family friendly, clean, tidy, plenty to do. We travelled as a family of 5 with an 11, 10 & 5 year old. Loads of activities for them to do, the children’s club and mini disco was great. The entertainment is incredible and so much effort has gone into the performances. The hotel itself is spacious, has nice garden areas, a great relaxing but fun atmosphere. The food was fantastic with huge variety, something for everyone. Honestly don’t hesitate and book this hotel you will be impressed. We will be booking again for next year, I can see why so many people return year after year"
