"I stayed here for two weeks with my child and absolutely loved everything. The staff were polite and friendly, the food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful, and the beach was stunning. They have a kids' club, a playground, and a mini disco every day for children, plus daily evening shows for adults. I especially liked the restaurant: it had a beautiful view, friendly staff, and tasty food. My overall impression was unfortunately soured at the end by two very rude women at the reception. One is named Anna, and I can't recall the other's name, but she had short, red hair. However, Olcay was a very pleasant and helpful employee."

"This hotel offered excellent value for money. We came as two families, and first off, the rooms and common areas were spotless. The kids had a great time at the pool and on the beach. It was a nice touch that they had their own dedicated area on the beach. Although the food selection wasn't huge, the quality met our expectations. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Ali and Efe, who worked at the pool bar, were always helpful with our drinks and requests, and always had a smile on their faces. Armatör Fatih Bey also helped make our holiday more enjoyable. It's a very safe place, we felt comfortable letting our children roam freely. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it."

The buffet had Turkish and international dishes that suited both adults and children, and the desserts were outstanding. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect. "This hotel has been everything we could have asked for. The customer service is amazing all the waiters are very welcoming and accomadating. The entertainment team work tirelessly and there is always great acts on in the evening as well as activity throughout the day. We have found the food to be lovely and varied, being healthy is easy. Beer is good, unlike other all inclusives where it tastes watered down. Rooms cleaned every day and minibar restocked. Yes the pools are freezing, but bareable once in, our kids still went in. Heating them would make it perfect though. Would highly recommend renting a cabana for the day, so that you have a comfortable space and beautiful view all day with unlimited service and the sand, sea and playground at your feet. Big shout out to our friend at the beach bar, and the entertainment guys around the pool. We are already looking forward to returning."

"It is a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Despite being busy, the resort never felt overcrowded because everything is so well spread out. A big thank you to the Reception team for checking us in smoothly and providing us with such a nice, spacious room in the main building. The housekeeping staff also deserves credit; their hard work didn't go unnoticed. The food was really good, plenty of options; while I was slightly disappointed by the lack of seafood, there were always several fish available. The entertainment was top-notch, Limak Band was really good. Special mention to Didi, I thoroughly enjoyed the daily tournaments, will keep on practicing! Between the football pitch, basketball and tennis courts, yoga, and Zumba, there is plenty to do. You’ll never struggle for a place to relax. There are loads of sunbeds by the pools and beach, and they even place them on the surrounding lawns for those seeking a quieter spot. I was also pleasantly surprised to find Havana Club at the bars, which definitely upgraded the cocktail experience! The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and work non-stop to keep guests happy. Plus, as an animal lover, I loved seeing the cats all over the property. Highly recommended; we'll see you next time!"
