A great hotel for families with children, as there is a children's mini club with charming girls Masha, Darina, Veronica and Fadime - animators, babysitters, girlfriends, etc. for children!!! Every day there are new entertainments, contests, and in the evenings there is a children's disco. The children are delighted, and so are the parents. We highly recommend that you and your children relax here!"

"We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it."

"We stayed 11th - 18th April & enjoyed every moment. From the grandeur of the hotel itself to the staff, it was a brilliant stay. The resort is big with everything you need and more. Due to being there early season, it was quiet until hundreds of traffic police arrived due to a neighbouring summit in Belek but all were very polite & it didn't affect our stay at all (we felt very safe!) All of the water slides were open and although the water was very cold, our 2 children had a blast. The pool was cold but it's April so we didn't expect it to be warm. Once you're in and keep moving it's fine. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom suite with comfy firm beds. Ok there are signs of some TLC being needed in some areas but unless you really look for it, it doesn't stand out. I would say the duvet is too small for the size of the bed. The bathroom was clean, the shower was perfect and the small complimentary items in the whole room made it a very enjoyable room to be in. The mini bar was a welcoming touch which was replenished regularly and the sewing kit & bath robes came in very handy! Now to the food: If you love trying new foods, this is the place for you. Not once did we see anything that looked unsavoury. Each meal setting in the main restaurant had everything. I thoroughly enjoyed every evening meal as it was always something different, from fresh salads to soup to Grilled meats. Hats off to the chefs for their creativity. One firm favourite was the grilled vegetables and couscous with pesto. There are various food spots and cafés on site and we all enjoyed the patisserie which serves unlimited cakes and savoury treats and the waffle/ice cream stall near the pool was a massive hit. I honestly have only praise for all the food at this location. We had massages, played tennis & basketball, swam in the sea, ate our weight in food, enjoyed the light entertainment in the evenings and still there were areas undiscovered. All the staff are very polite and professional. They are a credit to the hotel. We should say a massive thanks to Eyyub, Ali and Fatma in the spa. My partner and I enjoyed our massages and as a family, we took full advantage of the spa facilities especially the pool on the cooler days. We all enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Crystal Tat!"

"We stayed here for 7 days food was very good and made to feel very welcome.Ferro who was the fitness and yoga entertainer came and spent time with us in the evenings and made us feel comfortable and very welcome and also was very informative in regards to information and needs we had. Dogan the entertainment manager was the life and soul of this side of the resort he had alot of energy and time for us too. Absolutely a lovely place and because of these two people and also the rest of the staff me and my family will definitely be coming back. 5 star all round.❤️❤️❤️"
