Room service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel itself was great, everything was well maintained, we had in total 4 rooms and the kids had an amazing time throughout the week. The atmosphere and facilities really made it an enjoyable holiday for us. The only aspect that fell short was the food. Having stayed at several 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, we were expecting a higher standard and more variety. Unfortunately, the buffet felt quite repetitive over the week. We especially missed the traditional Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes such as Adana kebab, Urfa, lamb shish, and chicken shish, as well as items like içli köfte, which would have really elevated the dining experience. This feedback is shared with the intention of helping improve what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if the food offering was enhanced.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Melek, who works at the reception. She is very kind and helpful. Regarding the hotel itself, we chose it for a one-night layover and didn't encounter any problems. However, the hot water in our room wasn't working, and I'd like to mention this for improvement. Also, it would be great if the bed linens and minibar were cleaned properly. We usually bring our own pillowcases, but we asked for a new sheet because there were some lint on it, and they were very helpful.

In general, everything is clean and pleasant. However, there are two minus: 1. No refrigerator. 2. Breakfast starts at 9:00 and we come hungry and the chef cook is waiting for us. Breakfast is ready at 9:30, so there is a small delay. should be ready by 9:00.
