Facilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind. Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality. Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers. Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad.

Everything was very beautiful. All staff, especially cleaning staff, were very interested, lazy and doing their jobs with a great appreciation. Events, shows and night parties were really unforgettable. Our children also had a lot of fun and enjoyed a great time. Especially the grace of the Hataylı pia master to the hands and guests was astonishing. The pia made it really very tasty and the lazy approach made our holiday even more fun. Our only negative experience was in the hospital section. When we requested cream for a simple disorder like coughing, we were asked to pay for the examination and we were suggested to provide the medicine from a pharmacy outside instead of the hotel. But everything was perfect. We were generally very happy. We are definitely thinking of coming back. This is a hotel we can recommend with a pleasure for children's families.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

We were at the end of November, the people in the hotel are a little very comfortable rest. Staff as bees, try. Choosing food is not very big, but it is for the best, it is very delicious. Recommended)

For this price, a room with direct pool access and a private sun terrace – this is a really good hotel. **Location**: 2.5 km from the sea, but there's a shuttle every 30 minutes. I didn't go to the beach as it was still too cold for me to swim. My goal was just to sunbathe). I really liked the idea of separate zones for families and adults. I saw them denying entry to guests with children in the adult section, which is great. It's quiet there, no music, just perfect. Near the hotel, there are pharmacies, a Migros supermarket, and Land of Legends is a 15-minute walk away. A taxi is 10 euros one way, but walking is better. **Room**: The room is simple but modern. However, the toilet smelled of cat urine, and the smell wasn't removed. I wasn't moved to another room. A bathrobe is by request; the first one they brought was ripped and too small. I asked for a replacement and got an acceptable one. No body lotion. Plenty of outlets, and the bedding and bed are fine. Overall, the cleaning is good. **Food**: Good. Always a good selection. Once there was smoked red fish for breakfast and once crayfish for dinner. But it seems there are few beef dishes. The snacks are a bit strange and pointless. **Drinks**: The cocktails in the lobby are awful; they're more or less okay at the adult-only bar. **Service**: The staff are responsive to requests and complaints. The restaurant also has good service; you don't have to go to the bar yourself, the waiters are excellent. **Downside**: On the -1 floor, in the adult zone, there's a disco from 11:30 PM. The music is so loud you can hear the song lyrics in your room. Those sensitive to noise definitely won't be able to sleep. Extending the room for 7 hours due to a late flight cost 140 euros – which is not reasonable.

Overall, we had a positive stay. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants free of charge, in addition to the main buffet — it added a nice variety to our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The entertainment team was friendly and welcoming, and there was an evening show every night. However, we would have appreciated a more varied and active daytime entertainment programme. The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Overall, we were happy with our holiday and left with great impressions of the hotel🥰

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!
