"We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents."

"I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again."

"Wonderful, attentive staff, amazing and copious food, brilliant organization and beautiful landscaping of the grounds. Rooms clean and comfortable, communal areas including bars and pool welcoming and stylish. Lovely gym, sauna and spa. Daytime animation way too loud for me but maybe I'm in the minority. More non smoking areas needed. Final point- I was surprised to discover that the vast majority of the 2000 guests were Russian. I love meeting people from different cultures and nationalities but being around 1200+ Russians was not always easy."

"Alles war perfekt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und sauber. Es gab verschiedene À-la-carte-Restaurants und Aktivitätsbereiche (Freizeitpark für Kinder, Gaming Center etc.). Der Service war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und sorgfältig. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei İslam, İrina und Yıldan und dem gesamten Team des Voyage Hotels. Sie waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit und haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊"

"WE was in two minds about booking to this hotel after reading the previous feedback we got convinced, and I am glad we did The hotel is in a very good location close to belek Town centre £10 to get there in taxi and same back or 30 minutes walk , the food was fresh and lots of choices The staff all was lovely at all times Clean and cormftable rooms The entertainment was excellent highly recommended to family's or couples or singles it had something for everyone"

"I'll start with check-in – everything was excellent. We arrived early (10 AM), filled out a form, received temporary wristbands, and were sent to breakfast. Afterward, they explained the hotel's concept and where everything was located. At 12 PM, we got a WhatsApp message saying our room was ready and we could pick up the key at reception. This is the first time I've encountered such service at a hotel; it's a small detail, but very pleasant. In the room, they provided an extra Euro-style folding bed since there were two children and one adult, but only two main beds. The mini-bar was replenished daily. We requested toothpaste and toothbrushes at reception, and they were delivered promptly. The room had everything we needed. Towels were changed daily. As for the food: everything was delicious. They had dorado, sea bass, and red fish steak. The only thing was that in four days, there were no shrimp. There was plenty of fruit, and the desserts were so-so, with the exception of the excellent oriental sweets. For children, everything was simply fantastic. You could leave your child in the play area from morning until 11 PM, which is a big plus for parents who want to relax in the 16+ zone away from the noise. Animation: everyone was great; they didn't let anyone get bored. There was a foam party, aqua polo, and much more. The sea, in my opinion, was a bit murky due to the sand; I'm used to the clear water in Konyaaltı. An air-conditioned bus runs every 30 minutes, and the ride is literally 5 minutes. Would I come back again? I think yes!"

"Room service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver."
