Amazing
My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

We had a wonderful stay at Ethno Belek Antalya! Everything exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Forest View room to a Beach View room, which made our vacation even more special. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again.

Superb hotel. Friendly staff looking after your every need. Room cleaned and restocked daily. Large rooms with everything you need taken care of. Lots of bars and restaurants. Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

This was our first time at this hotel. We arrived just in time for the first show of the season, which was absolutely fantastic! I only wished there were more daytime activities, but I'm sure that will pick up once the season officially starts. The grounds are compact but well-zoned. It's a quick 5-minute bus ride to the beach. What pleasantly surprised me was the exceptional level of guest service. Upon arrival, there were no queues or waiting at the reception desk. They promptly asked for our passports for check-in and offered us champagne in the guest lounge. Within 5 minutes, after getting our wristbands, we were able to head straight to our room. The staff were all very friendly.

Some people write negative reviews about this hotel. They don't like the service, the rooms, and the food. We were probably lucky, because we loved everything. We booked a room with a sea view and were given room number 306 with two windows and two balconies. The room was clean and sunny. The plumbing worked and hot water was always The restaurant had something to eat always and the staff was very friendly. There's a large park next to the hotel, where we took walks every evening. On our first day, we arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM, and check-in was at 2:00 PM. But the staff immediately gave us a room, and we were even able to have breakfast and lunch. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay in November. Natali and Pavel.
