GGuest UserThe hotel is magically decorated for the New Year. The food is very fresh and varied, and the dessert buffet is impressive in its size. Access to the park is free for hotel guests. Request a room in the right wing or above the third floor for a fantastic view of the castle and evening performances.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

GGarySuperb hotel. Friendly staff looking after your every need. Room cleaned and restocked daily. Large rooms with everything you need taken care of. Lots of bars and restaurants. Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

UuguritoThe food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

AAnonymous UserGood afternoon! Just returned from this hotel. Before the trip I read a lot of reviews about Green Max and, frankly, expected the worst. The rooms - yes, they need updating (especially the bathroom + not enough light in the room and bathroom, not enough sockets), but everything is not critical if this is not the main thing for you. The room, however, is clean, quiet (we lived in the Zeus building), they cleaned every day, the minibar was replenished. I would not say that the food is very varied, but not meager either, you can always find dishes to your taste and you will definitely not go hungry. Moreover, the hotel has many food outlets throughout the day. Alcoholic drinks are of average quality: we tried red, white, pink wine, martini, beer - ok, but we did not like the champagne. We really liked the staff - everyone is polite, friendly, they work very hard, everything is clearly organized, so the hotel management - 5 points. The hotel area is very green, beautiful, blooming, and is constantly looked after. Everything is planned out well - well done. The animation is active (both during the day and in the evening), young people will not be bored. There is a lot for children (a separate pool area, water slides, a mini club, a small playground). The sea is the main thing we came for and what is great in this hotel, especially in the first half of the day, when there are no waves. But I did not like the organization of the sun loungers on the beach - they are very close to each other, no privacy, I had to take them near the pool, there is much more opportunity for privacy, although the music was often too loud. In the end, I liked the holiday, I think the price / quality is very good. I recommend the hotel if you have adequate expectations from the very beginning.

SSchmidtI wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot.

GGuest UserI came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me.
The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H.
The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.

GGuest UserI met perfectly, on the recession, the Russian-speaking Sergey told everything, explained. The room is small because there is another one-sleep room in addition to a two-bedroom bed. No TV or refrigerator worked. The tea was both coffee and tea and sugar filled. Cleaned well, it was visible on the balcony and the sleek. In the room, the insulated carpet and slippers and coats are not provided. The safe is 3 euro day, we didn't take. Towel 1 euro day for rent, too. Since the beginning of May the Swedish table was absent. But hungry never left. What gave, then eat. Not comfortable and much was just thrown out because we didn't eat it. Tea and coffee machine and a heavily diluted lemonade in free access from morning to 22:00. Also from 17 to 18 snack-cookies. The sea is close in five minutes, calm without waves, swim. The pool on the territory with a mountain is very small and cold. In general, for such money is not a bad turbine on the sea. The tourists were few. But this village is to go somewhere to have fun, next to the bus stop. They went to Belek and Legend Park, I liked it very much.
