Very convenient location. If you are from Shanghai south railway station, exit through south gate and use the underpass to exit at Shilong road. The hotel is just next to that exit. If you are using metro line 1, 3 or 15 use exit 2 and the underpass to Shilong road.

Really good days in the hotel. It is very near to the south train station and also there is a metro station together, so it was very easy to go the Bund and other places. The hotel is very new and the staff is very friendly. The staff helped me in everything. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay! We especially loved the laundry service and the free evening congee. The staff is very nice as well.

Brand-new and impeccably clean room! Loved the modern touches: wireless charging pads (no more cable chaos!) and a heated toilet seat with sensor flush. Sheltered walkways lead straight to the metro, and it’s only an 8-minute walk to Shanghai South Railway Station (perfect for early trains). Rain or shine, your luggage stays dry! This one nails the little luxuries – tech-friendly, thoughtful, and fuss-free. Ideal for business trips or lazy travelers!

The breakfast is amazing! Must try the Toufu pudding in salty way. Location is great only few minutes to railway station. Only thing need to aware is the air conditioning is central one from level 1-level 3. If you want keep cool or warm make sure you go to level4 which is separate split system.

Hotel is next to train station which is good. Laundry service is good as provide support for free. However, hotel doesn’t feel like 4 star may be just 3 star, found string of blood on blanket which hotel changed right away.

Very nice and modern hotel very near to the south Railway station. I booked it because I had to take the train in the morning. Also the breakfast was very good. I can totally recommend.

The hotel is located conveniently and linked to metro and walking distance to Shanghai South Railway station. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Atour is nicely located beside the Hangzhou Dong Railway Station. You can take the train to Hangzhou easily. Hotel staff are friendly. The hotel room is clean and big with nice pillows. They have free laundrette for guest to do their laundry and post their parcels.

You can go walking form the hotel to the train station or subway, very convenient location. The breakfast is good. The room is very modern and confortable. Really recommended.

There is no one to speak English properly. In spite of providing them with the booking voucher from trip.com they took it as a normal booking and it did not update the system. I might lose the trip coins because of the fault of the booking process followed by the hotel

The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. Front desk staff were great and very helpful and super efficient when it came to check-in and check-out. Location was very convenient and close to the train station.

Fake window... if you are on the wrong side of the building, the window exists but does'nt give view on the outside. the rest is ok
