在上海玩住的一家酒店 酒店是新開的，還有裝修的味道，比較嗆鼻。長者受不了味道難以入住，在協商半天后衹給出了退房這樣的補償，大晚上九點多退房沒辦法住，又協商半天也衹給了幾份早餐的補償。雖然前台也沒有辦法，但酒店裝修味道這麼濃就開放入住確實不太好吧，嚴重懷疑對健康有影響，勉強住。

很新的海友，裝修是極簡風，是我喜歡的風格，性價比很高，住酒店的同時還能順便洗個衣服（畢竟最近是陰天），洗完的衣服香香的，比陰乾好多了!建議給前台加兩個凳子，每次來都看見她們站着，有點替她們腿痠……

這是我第一次留下差評，因為這次的入住體驗由於第二晚的經歷變得極為糟糕。我在這家酒店共住了兩晚，前後兩位前台的服務態度差距非常大。25號晚上的前台接待非常友好，在得知我有續住意向後，主動告知我可以直接到前台辦理，並表示會有優惠政策。但當我26號晚上前去續住時，接待的另一位前台態度截然不同。在完全不瞭解情況、也未核實任何訊息的前提下，便否認了前一天所説的優惠，語氣強硬，甚至在沒説幾句話的情況下就指責我“好好説話”她還諷刺我“連20塊的價差都住不起嗎”讓我非常震驚和不解。我衹是按照前一晚工作人員的指導來續住，卻被如此對待。更令人無法接受的是，在她事後向其他同事核實後，確認確實有相關優惠存在，但她的態度並未因此有任何改善，從頭到尾沒有一句道歉。價格方面，這家酒店的確具備一定性價比，但服務質量嚴重拉低了整體體驗。前台工作人員高高在上、缺乏基本的尊重與溝通，會給人帶來極大的不適。建議有意入住的朋友慎重考慮。
