Service staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was mostly Chinese breakfast, there wasn’t much variety for foreigners.

The hotel lacks toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities in the room. It only provides shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Not so close to the railway station. It’s a bit difficult to get to the airport or railway station from the hotel. The amenities are not bad. I think it’s just a pace you stay for the night.

The toilet without a door. Room clean. Location is good not far from supermarket. That everything is ok but we found some staff is not good attitude (Just 1 staff not everybody)

Service was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

The breakfast and service was good, room was spacious with nice shower and bed. On the downside the interior design on the pictures was from a different branch or somehow not as nice as on the pictures and a bit basic. Window wasn’t cleaned in a long time.

The room is very clean, the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good, and the breakfast is very delicious. The hotel is very close to Central China Normal University and Global Harbor, so I ate a lot! It is also close to Zhongshan Park. I am very satisfied!

The service is very warm and polite. The location is OK. I came from Hongqiao Airport and went directly to Zhongshan Park subway station. It took 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. When I went back, I took a taxi. It was only one kilometer. I felt that it was a long way to walk with luggage. It was too close to take a car. It was very close to East China Normal University. There was a barbecue restaurant downstairs that was very popular, but unfortunately I didn’t go there. I was alone, so I went to the ramen restaurant to eat ramen and skewers. The taste was good and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was OK. Although the hotel was a little old, it was hygienic and the bedding was okay. But the hotel room was a little old. Breakfast was until 10 o'clock. I got up too late and didn’t go to eat. I don’t know how the breakfast was. The service lady was really enthusiastic and gave me water when I left. The service attitude was absolutely five stars!

Stayed at Orange Hotel Zhongshan Park East China Normal University for two nights. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast tasted good. The hotel is very close to Jinshajiang Road subway station. You can take Line 3, 4, and 13. It is about a 10-minute walk. There are convenience stores, small supermarkets, small restaurants, and Global Harbor nearby. If I come to Shanghai again, I will consider staying at this hotel again!

The audio-visual room is very large and minimalist. The environment is very clean. The breakfast is delicious. The front desk service is also very good and can solve all kinds of questions.
