This stay experience was extremely bad, the hotel's service was simply unbearable! We were disturbed several times in the middle of the night. The guests' need for rest was completely ignored and their attitude was even bad. There was no professionalism at all.
The first time was at around 11pm, the hotel called to say the smoke alarm in my room went off and asked if I was smoking or boiling water. I made it clear that I did not smoke and that I had boiled the water 20 minutes ago. After I hung up the phone, I thought the matter was over.
