“The hotel was extremely dirty in every aspect. Breakfast had very limited options, with cold, tasteless food. The dining area was unhygienic, and the swimming pool was filthy and unpleasant. Service was poor, communication in English was difficult, and the reception staff had bad attitudes. The bedding in the room was very damp and wet—extremely uncomfortable. I only stayed two nights and barely got through it. The place was almost empty and eerily quiet. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—please choose another hotel.

Basically no air-conditioning, the room was 26.4 degrees. Ask the front desk for Assistance but they say nothing they can do about it.

The A/C is not working, asked someone to fix, they did have a look but only check it in the room once after that never come back and it never been fixed.

Stayed there for two nights. Clean hotel, nice room.
Taxi driver had trouble to find a entrance to the hotel, so maybe they should put signs to navigate. Very close to the airport, super solution to come here, overnight and go to the airport for an early morning flight.
Huge hotel, many hotels in the same resort. Children's playground is big, spacious, but it needs to be cleaned sometimes. It's extra charge. Breakfast is good.
We'll come back for sure.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy, but a bit humid as the Air Conditioning wasn't working too well. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite dissappointing because all the food was cold and quality was not great. Also the "bar" didn't serve any cocktails or food as described in the hotel pamphlet. But overall it was a decent stay.

We had a short but good stay waiting for our flight in the morning. The hotel had got everything you need however lobby and restaurant were extremely cold! Need for improvement!

Close to Pudong Airport, 20 mins drive. Rooms are big, clean, warm and very comfortable. Airplanes flying all the time, every 30-40 mins, a little bit annoying during the night. Gym is nice. Staff are not helpful, they are very slow, and don’t really understand what to do, even though we speak Chinese
