I booked a twin room, but I was staying alone. When I opened the quilt on the first bed, the sheets were dirty. There were huge stains like footprints. Because I checked in early in the morning, I didn't want to bother anymore, so I planned to sleep in another bed. When I lifted the quilt, there was a piece of body hair on the bed sheet and I could tell where it was... I was really speechless and spent the whole night there.

Although the single room is small, it feels very good and cozy when you enter. The TV can be used, although there are membership restrictions. The hygiene is OK. The bathroom is tiled. The shower head and shelf should be repaired as there are some damages. When you order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to the door. The front desk receptionist has a good service attitude. Overall, it is good.

I took my mother to Shanghai to watch a concert. The stadium was just near the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hygiene and service were all very good. The sound insulation was a little bit poor, but it was acceptable. The front desk service attitude was also very good. I liked the pillows and beds very much. I slept very comfortably. The transportation was also very convenient. Although it was quite far from Pudong, I didn't have to walk much by taking the subway and then the bus. I basically arrived as soon as I got off the bus. Not bad, not bad, recommended~
