The service: The staff do not speak English but were trying very hard to explain to us when we asked for help. 5 stars for the service.
The location: So-so. It's very near the bus stations and 15 minutes walk to the metro line 7. Going to Nanjing road, People's square, and to the train station takes 30-60 minutes by car, but for Shanghai I guess it's considered near.
The room: Room is great, clean, all facilities work fine.
