Super helpful and friendly staff. Assisting me in ordering food delivery, ordering didi (cab/taxi) and also with my luggages. Special thanks to the very thoughtful house keeping lady, I think her surname is Fang, who is on duty from Dec 4th till 9th on the 11th floor. She put in extra effort and try her best to help my colleague from Philippines even with language barrier. Love the location as well, very near the subway station, beautiful surroundings during Autumn, a lot of locals and non local restaurants. Convenient location.

Treasure Garden Hotel in Shanghai A week before coming to Shanghai, I did my homework at home and made a lot of choices. I chose this hotel online and booked two rooms. I was really surprised when I entered the hotel, with green grass, century-old camphor trees, beautiful villas, and the garden full of sweet-scented osmanthus. The room is so beautiful, the view outside the window is pleasant, there are flowers and welcome fruits. The bedding is of high quality, the mattress is comfortable, and the room is quiet and clean. There are free capsule coffee and Snickers bars. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. In the evening, it is very pleasant to take a walk in the garden. The hotel service was very warm and thoughtful. A handsome and elegant man wearing glasses drove us around the hotel park in a battery car. He was very funny and polite. He explained everything from the architectural history of the hotel to the encyclopedia knowledge of various plants in the park. I hope the hotel will give you praise! The breakfast restaurant and room service are good and very service-minded. It was a very happy stay experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai.

The interior design is pretty decent, can see they really considered the details of the faclities. Breakfast was so good, and good for IG photos as well! But it would be much better if there are more elevators since there are only 2 elevators in the high building and guests have to wait for long.. Other than that, overall was great and I will def choose this hotel next time when I come to shanghai!

The room is large and elegantly decorated. The turquoise behind the small round glass window is the finishing touch. It is very comfortable to sit on the small sofa by the window and make tea or have a cup of capsule espresso. The free drinks in the small refrigerator are just a treat. Visiting children. The bathroom is good, the toilet has a flushing function, and the shower temperature is automatically adjusted (the water volume control is a bit messy, and I accidentally soaked the cold water in the large shower head on my body after taking a bath). The shampoo and shower gel smell great and are worth it. price point. The mattress is soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. I wonder if there will be an upgrade? 🥹 The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, and the transportation is very convenient. Going to Hongqiao, the Bund, and Xintiandi are all on Line 10. I didn’t research on eating, but it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Xujiahui. The decoration is a bit old, but okay.

Let’s talk about the advantages first. The location is good, diagonally across from Shanghai Cinemas, and the environment is also good. Next to it is the Yi Chi Garden. Next, let’s talk about the shortcomings: 1. When I arrived at the hotel at 12:40, the front desk said that the guest room had just been checked out and was being cleaned. Normal check-in is at 2 o'clock. I said yes, and I would come back at 2 o'clock. After having lunch nearby, I returned to the store again at 1:50. This time someone changed the person at the front desk and said that the room was still being cleaned. I didn’t understand why it took two aunts to clean one room for 11 and a half hours. How much time did it take? dirty? Thank you to Ctrip for a smooth check-in after communication. 2. The door connecting the terrace to the room is not locked. There is a public area under the terrace and the room is on the second floor, which means that people from outside can easily climb up. I raised questions about this, and the front desk staff said that no guests had asked before. I also expressed my shock when faced with this kind of problem. Later I used the key to lock the door, but unfortunately because it had been left open for so long, one door was still unlocked. I would like to remind single people not to choose this room type as it is a safety hazard. Still exists. 3. There was a constant ”dah-dah” sound in the room when I slept at night, which lasted all night. I wore noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep. 4. The breakfast only has a set meal, which is very simple. The drinks only have orange juice and milk, and there is no coffee. The Chinese set meal has only porridge as the staple food, not even small wontons and clear soup noodles. Men may not be able to eat enough. Generally speaking, I basically don’t recommend staying there. For the same price, you can stay in Seclusion or Black Rock, which will be better in all aspects.

Sure enough, as the name is taken. City Yin, big hidden in the city. This is the most different urban homestay I have ever stayed in. This big yard, this big fireplace, lying in the sun in the afternoon, listening to the sound of running water, emptying yourself, enjoying the moment. This can no longer be simply called a homestay, a paradise in the city center. The landlord is very polite, and I am embarrassed to take one bite of you. All my questions are answered in seconds. The bed was very comfortable and there was a fragrance in the room. The key is that sleeping is particularly quiet, which is what I care about the most. Come live again in two weeks.

Location: 10/10 Amazing location. It's around 15 minutes walk from WuKang building which is the start of the famous Shanghai Citywalk. The hotel is 9 minutes walk from the closest metro (HengShanLu). Hotel: Perfect 👌🏼 We were given floor level 21 and had SPECTACULAR views. Absolutely superb. 💯 Food: Buffet breakfast. Afternoon OR evening tea included. Plus 1 bowl of noodle at night. What more can you ask for?! 10/10. Overall, I will recommend friends and family to stay. If you are deciding, stop & book right now!

This was a clean and modern hotel. Loved the area and shopping centers around it . We had a better experience here than staying near the Bund area . The rooms were big . Good view + gym and laundry . The breakfast wasn't impressive but good enough. I might stay here again next time in Shanghai. The only negative thing was that staff couldn't speak english and we had to use google translator all the time. We managed to get some discounts for staying longer in this hotel.
