Hotel service level is very good, view is astonishing, breakfast with very good choice and quality. Room is huge! Staying with kids is very comfortable. Queue on entrance to lobby restaurant should be prevented as it leaves negative impression). Room requires some renewal as it has small things to be fixed in decoration.

This is my husband and I’s second time at the Peninsula Hotel. The hotel is amazing! The food in the restaurants is delicious with fresh ingredients. I had a massage in the spa, Selina was fantastic! The pool facilities are some of the best in Shanghai.

Wow. Just wow. Pricey, but worth it if you get a chance to appreciate the location on the waterfront. Staff was perfect. Extremely friendly at all times.

River view is nice, spacious room, however the soundproof is something they should work on

From the very beginning, the service of this hotel was incredible. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience. All the staff in the hotel genuinely care about their role and the service they provide such as helping with my wedding proposal and organising bookings for the restaurants. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. 100% recommend, especially for Christmas if you’re missing home.
