The location of the hotel is very good. It is near to metro station and has good amenities from high end to daily shopping. The hotel is good especially the staff and breakfast. The decoration and TV is dated though

Very good location. Xujiahui is just outside of the usual Nanjing East Road area so the room cost is more affordable but it is still convenient whether by subway or Didi. Hotel is clean and services is good. You can also do ******* for your meals.

Location, location, location.... service is good, facilities seem exclusive and well mantained, rooms are spacious and clean room service fast, food not great but would do it and the pricea is just fair. Very good place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at the courtyard marriot xujiahui. A great location for access to line 1 (for the bund area) but also for line 11 for shanghai disneyland. The service was excellent and very clean. Would stay again next time we are in Shanghai

Nice hotel at nice location, just opposite to the subway exit no.20, very delicious breakfast with lots of varieties, very nice and friendly front desk staff specially Mr. Zhu Wei, he is very friendly and helpful

It was a good hotel , it’s very old and room flooring didn’t change since construction , they have changed Color to black , but hotel service is perfect , gym and swimming pool were perfect , location is almost good

Checked us in at 1230pm, into interconnecting rooms as we are a family of 5. Reception was friendly and polite and spoke excellent English. Charged only for 2 adult breakfasts and provided complimentary breakfasts for the children. The room attendant was very friendly and provided toothbrushes, extra bottles of water, towels and slippers. Furniture is a bit older but rooms were clean, warm. Short walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping and 3 metro lines nearby.

My first trip to Shanghai since 2015. It was only a one night stay before my flight. Checking in was a breeze. The room was good overall. Didn’t have the chance to use all the amenities. Breakfast was great.
