The smell of the hotel lobby is just awful and a little rundown. When I got to my room I noticed the towels were ripped and it smelled of cigarettes inside the room. And I found BLOOD on my pillow

I was quite disappointed with my stay. While the reception staff was friendly and welcoming, the room itself was a huge letdown. It was very old and clearly lacked proper maintenance. There was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and it only got worse throughout my stay. The carpets and blankets were dirty, adding to the overall discomfort. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on the condition of the room.

Big enough for 4 persons . Bed is comfortable. Hanger not enough. Should include more hangers. Distance to metro is 15 mins. Eateries is nearby.

Not the best hotel. Toilet is clean but room carpet and wall are very down and dirty. Window can’t even be closed fully. One night stay is enough, if a few night, probably will choose to pay more and stay other hotels.

this hotel was 15 minutes away from the metro station, which was an advantage. breakfast is average. but the hotel staff do not speak English and the communication was not very pleasant. when we got in, the shampoo was out and it wasn't very clean.

Really nice hotel at a nice plane and so much value for money. Thank you, trip.com. Big room. Cooperative staff. Only if they could speak a little English. But there was no problem at all. Will stay there again. Top marks.

Spacious room. Good location. Within 10mins walk to the train station. Nice staff and extra points for onsite laundry.

The room is nice and clean. Big space as well. However, there's no shower cap or cotton buds being provided unless request.
