It's not clean. The headboard was dirty and the shower was dirty. The towels were torn. I did not have a good experience. Luckily I was only there for 1 night

Good location, with convenience shop below and lots of food options nearby. Metro is a bit far but taxi is booked instantly. Clean hotel and very spacious. Recommended.

The hotel was okaying. It is not well cleaned. We found black mould at many places like fridge. It is super cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The room service never cleaned our place in whole 3 days of our stay. I would not recommend it solely due to the black mould we found. Also the room smells like cigarettes a lot

I stayed for one night at **Land See Apartment** and was extremely disappointed. The **bathroom was not clean**, and the apartment **didn’t even provide basic toilet soap**—unacceptable for any hotel or rental. The overall condition was below standard, and I would **not recommend** this place to anyone. For the price, I expected at least cleanliness and minimal amenities. Very unsatisfied.

It's super cheap and the rooms are spacious. Nice location too, with a convenience store downstairs and many food options right across the street. I also loved that the room had a fridge and washing machine.
Biggest issue is the cleanliness. It seemed okay at first, but then I dropped something that rolled under the bed. Let's just say... I don't think they've cleaned down there in years LMAO
Please vacuum under the bed every now and then, guys. Seriously.

It's a service apartment but it's very worn out. Maybe I got an unlucky room. The room area smelled pungent. The room felt a bit unclean. There was even a lychee pit on the floor. It was worn down but not renovated. For the price they charged and the odd location, it was definitely not worth it. Found much better deals elsewhere.
