Hongqiao Aegean LOFT Apartment Reviews

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the metro, and also close to the Hongqiao Railway Station if you want to take day trips to Suzhou or Hangzhou. The rooms were all spotlessly clean! There was AC in the bedroom which was important to us, traveling in August ... Also a ton of food options around the mall, it was hard to choose where to go get delicious food. We even received some snacks upon arrival, which was very thoughtful and nice.

Exceptional Stay! My stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the customer service truly stood out throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

It’s a home away from home. Owner is kind and responsive and very accommodating to our requests. Location is super convenient. Will like to stay here again especially if we need to access Hongqiao area.

Location is great, above shopping center complex and within waling distance to another new shopping mall across the road. Many food outlets around, starbuck, kenticky, cafe and chinese cuisine and a small convenient shop. Room: low ceiling got hit a few times against the ceiling light. Overall very clean, no smell, above average 3 star hotel. aircond. Toothbrush, towels. Put your owm rubbish out the room in the morning.Great place for taking a break before carry on your travel via Hongqiao Train station or domestic airport. Warning Hongqiao train station is always crowded with thousands of passengers.

Good location within walking distance next to large malls. Plenty of food choices.

The loft rooms are spacious, and we booked two units with double rooms. However, service was poor. We didn’t get change of towels, no cleaning nor clearing of trash bins for 3 days during the dumplings festival. The bathroom and toilet circulation fans were not working at all, and we have feedback but nothing was done. Disappointing

The room is spacious and offers plenty of space for activities. Direct access to the subway makes it easy to get around. The building is surrounded by restaurants, which can be a bit greasy when entering or leaving. The room's amenities are a bit dated, but the air conditioning and washing machine are very effective, making life convenient and comfortable in the hot summer.

We went there with our kids. It's unimaginable to stay in a one-room hotel. Apartment-style hotel is the best choice👍🏻

It was a very good experience. The boss was very enthusiastic. Since it was my first time with the mall, I was a little confused. The boss came to pick me up personally. The front desk lady was very patient to help me take it upstairs. She was very considerate to help me get the things I needed and explained how to use them. The room was very large, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The cleaning lady cleaned up in time. There was a subway and a mall outside, which was very convenient.

The location of the B&B is pretty good, and it's super convenient to eat downstairs! The internet in the room is a little bit poor, and the refrigerator is not cleaned up! Overall it's okay!

The location is impeccable, just a stone's throw from the Aegean Mall. The subway is just downstairs, and the room is spacious enough to easily accommodate two families. The water pressure is strong, and the air conditioning is plenty cold. The service is also very responsive. However, the room facilities are indeed a bit old.

It's okay. The facilities are old. It's more appropriate to stay in a hotel at this price.
