The host is helpful and good service. Good location just 5 mins to Yuyuan Old Street, near Hong Kong Shopping malls where can find foods and shopping there. The night view from balcony so magnificent! anyway if u improve the cleanliness in some spot and smart toilet will be perfect.

Apartment looks completely different than the picture showed on the website and the room is very dirty. I had to contact the host for them to clean the room again before putting my stuff down. I had told them the floor was wet when we came in, but the response was to clean it myself with the cleaning equipment they have provided in their room.  it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station as well. The layout of the apartment was also a bit weird.  You can tell that the towels were very old as well. However, the cleaning guy was lovely and he was able to provide us with more toilet papers and cleaner towels.  I probably wouldn’t come back again is cleanliness is your top priority during your stay.

The room is newly renovated, so it could be nice but it was not clean (dirty tables, hair on the floor and in the bathroom). Really not a good experience.

Overall it can be rated 4.5 points. There are a few things that are not satisfactory. The water in the water heater is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There is no hook in the room and bathroom. The countertop in the bathroom is too small and there is no place to put the mouthwash cup. The chairs in the living room are a bit old, the clothes drying rack is not sturdy, and the bathroom facilities are a bit old. There is no wardrobe in the astronaut room.

The viewing platform in the room is super beautiful, it's almost 200 degrees, you can see the entire Oriental Pearl Tower, it's also very clean inside, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable, the boss is very nice

The room is close to the subway station and the Bund, which makes travel convenient. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. I would stay here again if I have the chance to come to Shanghai.
