The free transit suttle to PVG is very convenient. Enjoyed the spacious room, unlimited bottled water and the location of my room was great. Not sound proof walls but it was generally quiet during the stay. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. A little kind gift from the hotel group at checkout, a bag of ***** new year snacks and a red envelope, stickers, magnets, for guests who stay and write with reviews, which is thoughtful. Overall I enjoyed the stay, just wish I could stay longer next time.

It was such a nice hotel to stay over 1 night. About 20mins away from shanghai pudong airport. Very clean and neat. The interior design is very beautiful and unique. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not bad. I would definitely recommend others to come visit this hotel if you were to come to shanghai.

Had a late flight so shuttle wasnt available and was really difficult to get a taxi. Breakfast was good and very clean.
