Perfect location with a lot of local shops and restaurants around the place (Yummy with reasonable price)
Staff is always helpful with a smile
Only Cons is the cleanliness of the room, always smell like a cigarette. We even found a bud of cigarette in the washroom upon check-in. Our room has no windows, maybe that’s why it felt stuffy.
Overall, we may come back but with different room.
PS. The exterior photo is not up to date, since they have changed their front entrance appearance.

Never do cleaning the room every day even talk to them to clean before going out. Have to do housekeeping by ourselves. Towel are very very old and smell of the room is really bad.

The only advantage is that it is close to the Bund. The downside is the hardware. I went in as an hourly room to charge my phone. I think it’s best not to stay overnight!

It was so noisy at night. There were no toiletries. Maybe it was my fault for not asking at the front desk. I guess they would have given them to me if I had asked. And the towels were dirty.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are old. Please see the pictures for details. There is a big difference between the actual picture and the hotel. It is quite close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It is also close to the Bund. But the environment is really nothing to say.

Cockroaches crawled onto the bed four times in one night. The environment was terrible. The front desk did not provide any insecticide and had a very bad attitude. The room opposite was unoccupied and we did not change rooms. The service was very poor.

To Thais and tourists from all over the world, run away! It's not clean at all. The room is very old and dirty. I endured staying for one night and then canceled the remaining 4 nights. You have to walk up more than ten steps to get to the hotel. The room is old and has no TV. There is no bottled water, only an electric kettle. It is OK to stay in the room for a short time.
