Shanghai Huangpu District 4-star Hotels

Very friendly and helpful staff. They respond quickly via Wechat even at night. They upgraded our room to one with balcony which can view the city gate at night. Location is close to Pingjiang street and humble administration garden. Grateful for the free laundry services they provided. Saved me a lot of time. They also help deliver ******* to room. Only downside is mosquito which seems to be a Suzhou problem in general during summer.

This is a great hotel! I only speak a little Chinese but the staff were always so friendly to me! The location is good, it's convenient to get to The Bund and has 2 Luckin Coffee shops nextdoor, so good! Breakfast was tasty, the room was very clean, modern and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Location is very convenient and superb. Just downstairs you will land up in Nanjing Pedestrian Road for food and shopping. Breakfast variety not much, not delicious and everyday serving same food. Same fried noodles , same fried rice. Stayed there for 8 days and had the same breakfast for 8 days. Room was rundown and old and had insects. Bathtub not cleaned and my falsies been in there for 7 days. No connecting rooms. Not much didi knows the hotel lobby is at level 2. Had to request toothbrush , shaver from reception. Room was very dim even when all lights were switched on. TV has no much variety, so we didnt watched tv for 8 days. If you have small kids , please consider my review.

Exceptional service from the minute you step into the hotel lobby. Warm welcome and easy quick check in. Check out was simply dropping off the cards. Hotel is beautiful clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Across the road via safe overpass is shopping centre with food galore, very cheap and professional hair salon, dentist, spa treatment. Just 5 mins walk is Yu Garden. Absolutely amazing!  Will stay here again. We would rate it as 5 star ⭐️ hotel.

Had to change my room twice, first due to a strong cigarette smell emanating from the showers (cigarette buds stubbed in the drain) and another due to a strong urine smell. The staff were courteous throughout the stay and provided timely assistance. I was given an upgraded room on my second room change, which had no smells. The staff were very helpful and helped my group of friends with the parcels and provided updates on any food deliveries that reached the hotel. I would like to commend the two staff that have helped make my stay more pleasant. 以墨 言初 worked tirelessly to ensure that our rooms are clean and our parcels delivered.

Excellent stay with outstanding service! The staff were friendly and attentive, and Xiao Lei was especially helpful—always kind, professional, and went above and beyond to assist. He will always greet us with great smile and offer assistance without any hesitation. His colleague, Xian Yi also helped us a lot! The room is equipped with smart voice assistant to control all the switches. Thank you for such a memorable stay—I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-quality service and hospitality!

The place and location is good.  We were unlucky to meet early summer in March and the hotel does not provide air conditioning. The staff told us to open the window and yes, the next room also open the window and smoke cigarette that caused the smell came into our room.  With the sign “non-smoking”and condition set on reservation, doesn’t seem to strict with this rule. We call the receptionist after midnight asking to change room. It was so hot that we cannot sleep the staff promised to give us a fan next day -they left us nothing next day that we had to ask them to find one again!!! I would have changed hotel if knowing that they didn’t take this situation seriously. With the price we paid this is not appropriate. Staff is actually good with helping along with other issues but with what I experience here -there will not be my next time here. Photo is the fan they finally found without base.

Hotel is a stone’s throw away from the metro station and tian zi fang. A couple of malls within the area as well, and there’s a convenience store and 24h macdonald’s right beside the hotel if you ever get any late night hunger pangs. Room floor space is limited to fully open two big luggage but otherwise decent; cleanliness is ok and basic room amenities are provided.

Exceptional Stay - Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staffs were incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made our stay feel comfortable. Breakfast perfectly fine for elderly and provided late porridge. Laundry service is good too! Location is also perfect, walking distance to major attractions. Though the room size is slightly smaller than kthers, it does not affect our stay. Understand it located at golden area. Overall, we would stay again if go shanghai, and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and convenience.

As usual, good service with excellent location. A Muslim friendly hotel that serves a decent breakfast buffet. The laundry room is also a bonus for extended stays. Nearest Metro station is Jiashan Road so access around the city is convenient. Didi service is also readily available and fast. Overall a good experience that keeps me coming back.
