The location is just inside the Shangerila ancient city, within walking distance to Guishan Park, and Yueguang Plaza and travel to other places is convenient by taxi. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores outside. The front desk and customer service are top-notch and helpful! Rooms are clean, very spacious and nice beds.

When we first arrived at the homestay, one of the brother hurriedly came out to carry our luggage in. The check-in process was smooth and done swiftly. Thereafter they even helped us to carry our luggages up to our rooms as we stayed at level 2. The room was spacious and clean, with heater and oxygen tank for us just in case we may need it due to the high altitude. The dog there was so cute and size a huge size! Breakfast was decent as it’s their traditional Mixian and they also served drinks like Coffee and Soya Bean too. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Lovely place with great staff and service. Location is near to the ancient town and is very accessible. Booked a trip with them to Napahai and the driver took us to a few other scenic spots as well. Hotel also pick us up despite a last minute booking. 👍🏼
Although I know many people smoke, perhaps the hotel should not allow smoking in the reception lounge. One of the new staff smoke in the lounge toilet and it was really bad smelling.

We had a lovely time at Yumu Zhiye! The inn was close to the ancient town of ShangriLa and accessible by car. The staff were very friendly and helpful, communication by WeChat was convenient. Breakfast was a mini buffet with mainly Chinese food. The inn provided a fruit platter and some drinks everyday which was a very nice gesture. As there are no elevators in the building the staff helped us with the luggages. The room we booked had floor heating which is nice during winter and well laid out: enough space for a family of four.

- The hotel has a car park in front of the hotel, convenient for traveling, can call DiDi to pick up in front of the hotel.
- The hotel is proactive in contacting customers to help facilitate the pick up at the train station very well.
- All staffs welcome warmly, provide warm milk, hot tea, provide advice on traveling and arrange cars to help facilitate.
- The friendly dog, Chamoi, welcomes and plays with customers very cutely.
- The room is as advertised in the picture. But due to the cold weather in Shangri-La, the electric bed and heater may not be warm enough. You should prepare warm clothes to stay here.
- The breakfast at the hotel is very delicious, there is a variety. We only ate it for 1 day, so the hotel arranged a breakfast set to eat on the train on the return trip.
- The hotel has complete facilities, hair dryer, water heater, heater in the bathroom, making bathing much easier.
- Near the hotel, there are restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient.
