Super close to ShanWei Railway Station, within mins one can reach after exit from Railway. Good WiFi, TV channels, hot water showers. Very friendly and helpful reception. There are few eateries and provisions stores around. There is a mini bus interchange where about 5-6 different numbers of buses that take one to different parts of ShanWei too.

Great place to stay

You can see the hotel when you exit Shanwei Station. Turn right and you will reach the hotel in 200m. Check in on the first floor of the subway. It is convenient to travel and go to the station. Check out and take the elevator to the second floor and walk directly to the entrance. The only thing missing is breakfast. It would be perfect if there is breakfast

The duplex design is OK, but the upstairs sanitation is not done

The best thing about this hotel is the service. The front desk service is very good. I made the reservation at 5:00 in the morning. I was supposed to check out at 12 o'clock that day. After communicating with the staff, I didn't check out until 12 o'clock the next day. If there is any problem with the room, I can communicate and change it in time. The next day, he told me that the door outside was locked last night and asked me to open it. I'm really speechless. The hotel room door can't be opened. Why don't you find someone to open it yourself? You have to call the customer at two o'clock in the middle of the night and ask the customer to open the door for you. It's really speechless. Secondly, the service attitude of the front desk staff was very poor the next day. They kept arguing with us as if they were debating, and then said a lot about what we had and what we didn’t have. In the end, we were very angry and said, "My apology to you is not enough." ? I'm really speechless about such a front desk. The room is okay, but please change the front desk staff. The service is too poor. At present, the complaint has been called to Shanwei City 12315 and has been accepted. The follow-up results are awaited.
