The hotel's location is very pleasant, tucked away from the main road, quiet, and surrounded by mountains on three sides. There's a children's playground downstairs. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom executive suite, which was incredibly spacious and had very comfortable carpeting. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh ingredients; I was so busy eating I forgot to take pictures of the food! This was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely return to Sun City Phoenix Hotel if I'm in the area again.

Really nice place, the evening snack is really good ! Clean and nice staff, I recommend it ( just be careful they are two hostel with the same name, so we booked this one instead of the one in the city center haha, small mistake but still we enjoyed our stay for one night ! )

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

The room is very old, it feels like it has been renovated for 20 years, there are some leaks inside, and the room has some strange smell, which may be because the house is too old. Anyway, I feel that the cost performance is not high.

The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, parking is convenient, the waiters have good service attitude, especially the front desk lady has good service, the upgraded room is very comfortable, the farm recommended is also very good, the taste is good!

The air conditioning and heating are very good!

It is really a five-star hotel and the best hotel in Shaoguan. Chenzhou was stuck in traffic, so I stayed in Shaoguan temporarily. The room is large and clean, and the wallpaper is a bit low-key and luxurious, and it is actually shining gold. There is a balcony where you can see the mountain. The balcony door is a one-way mirror, so you can see the outside from the inside, but you can't see the inside from the outside. The breakfast is very good, very good, with rich varieties and good taste. I didn't play in Shaoguan this time, and I will definitely stay here next time I come to see Danxia Mountain.

The hotel is near Shaoguan Station, surrounded by residential buildings, convenient for eating and drinking, with its own parking lot for free parking, luxurious inside and outside, pets are allowed, there is a large lawn outside for walking dogs, remember to clean up the excrement consciously, the room is spacious, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is plenty of hot water. The downside is that there are few bedside sockets, which makes it inconvenient for multiple people to charge, the Internet speed is very slow, which is equivalent to having no refrigerator, and the refrigerator is also broken. It does not cool down even if it is powered on all night. The breakfast is very delicious, with a wide variety, very good, and I will stay here next time

Shaoguan Country Garden Sun City Hotel has a good environment, ample parking spaces and a reasonable internal layout. Checking in to the hotel, the service is warm, the room is large, and the facilities are complete. I also took a bath. The hotel provides free disposable bath bags to relieve a day's fatigue.
