The environment is very nice, very warm and comfortable, the rooms are more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful, hygienic and clean. Kitchen supplies are all available. Needless to say, the location is very close to our route~ (Lu Xun's hometown, Cangqiao Zhijie, Shusheng's hometown ) Have fun in one day. There are a lot of delicious and very nice homestays around, worth recommending

基礎設施和整個裝修風格都很在線，一看就是用了心的，優點是他這個房間的氛圍感，價格以及它的設備設施，那也不是沒有缺點，缺點是底下ktv晚上睡覺可能會有一丟丟吵，當然無礙嗜睡星人除外。但是也有耳塞，整個都挺棒的。客服態度也很nice，有問必答，注意事項也説的很明白。如果他的價格是300，我衹會覺得一般，價格是兩百，我覺得還不錯。但是兩百不到，我衹想説還要什麼自行車？

樓下還是樓上是個KTV（是那種KTV大家應該懂）然後晚上特別特別吵，第二天換了一個地方住，結果就在偏僻老社區裏，晚上女孩子不介意出門，感覺路上都沒人的特別可怕，特別是第二天凌晨起來想上廁所，結果打開房門一看全是蟲子，不光光是房間門前還有廁所裏，也都是蟲子，嚇**了，第二天一大早趕快走人，由於照片太過於噁心，就不發給大家看了，有條件的話，不建議大家住

店主跟客服態度都很好，反饋問題處理也很積極，但是這個房間我真的沒辦法不給差評，剛入住衞生間就有半衹死蟑螂跟蟑螂腿，半夜蟑螂成羣結隊的從衞生間那個門框底下縫隙裏爬出來，我都驚呆了，衹能用紙巾把縫塞上，第二晚還是不知道從哪裡跑出來一衹，第一晚跟客服説衞生沒打掃好，客服第二天讓阿姨給我們重新打掃，出門前還特地跟阿姨説房間有蜘蛛網，幫我們弄一下，結果回來還是一模一樣，價格確實不貴，所以設施老舊可以理解，但是基礎衞生真的太差了，真的很臟，阿姨打掃也不用心

原來訂的房間樓下是ktv，隔音很差，打開還有股味，忍不了聯繫管家換房了，換了地方之後的房間還行，就是耽誤時間精力，建議有條件還是訂別的地方的

這就是個公寓房。但網上掛的圖片與實際嚴重不符，千萬別被圖片所迷惑。房子空間不像圖片上的那麼大，設施陳舊，裏面的東西看着都不乾淨，很不衞生。坐便第一次用的時候出的水居然還是黃湯。沙發上滿是污漬，尤其是拖鞋太臟了，看着就噁心。最搞笑的是那張榻榻米一樣的床很短，我一米八的個子躺上去，頭腳都頂到牆和櫃子。頭頂上的木槽裏滿是灰塵和臟東西。最氣人的是隔壁是個KTV，從傍晚就開始有人狂吼，一直唱到凌晨三點才結束，隔音效果還很差。如果不是喝多了和很勞累的人，根本就無法入睡。按理説公寓房都是很大很乾凈衞生的，這是我住過的公寓房裡最差的一個。跟賓館、民宿沒得比，跟其它公寓房更無法比較。如果價位在100以內，還算湊合，他網上掛的這個價簡直離譜。仔細想了想明白了，之所以掛這個價，就是因為隔壁有一個KTV。這種房根本就不是為旅客準備的，是為那些嗨夜場的男女準備的，你們懂的…
