Hygiene, clean and tidy, the service is very good, the first choice for next stay, recommending friends is very good Europe, entering the lobby is spacious and bright, giving people a very comfortable feeling!

The room was clean and the front desk staff was really good. I came out from the elevator and they recognized me. And when I checked out, there were a lot of people. The invoice was issued first and the invoice was very fast. A very good check-in Preferred place for next business trip

第2次入住了，總體來説酒店比較乾淨，裏面有軟水，然後早餐也特別不錯。在那一塊片區這個酒店應該是比較新的，靠近馬路旁邊對面就是一條河。裏面也有蠻多有意思的這些藝術品。一個大木頭式的這個球球。主要是感覺服務人員可以有更好的服務水平。這邊去我們要去的煤礦也比較方便，打車也比較好打。

跟客服要紙巾，結果給送來衞生紙説沒有紙巾，這個品質一樣。入住果盤也沒有，退房時才知道正常房間都給放果盤。

大柳塔最好的酒店了，商務出行首選。房間設施維護不到位，房間電話不能使用，照明開關設計不夠人性化，房間清潔潦草，不夠規範。
