Serena at the front desk provided fantastic service – she was very professional and patient. The hotel's bedding was also incredibly comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. A big thank you to her for the fruit and for helping me print some documents!

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang was exceptionally pleasant, and much of this positive impression stemmed from Lucky in the Guest Relations Department. She not only greeted every guest with a genuine and warm smile, but also efficiently addressed all our needs during check-in with her professional and prompt service. Whether it was the speedy check-in, patiently answering questions, or proactively offering thoughtful local travel tips, her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were truly evident. Her warmth and meticulous attention to detail made our brief stay feel incredibly personal and welcoming, reflecting the hotel's exceptionally high standard of hospitality. I'd like to specially commend Lucky for her outstanding performance; her service is a true asset and a shining example for the hotel. Additionally, Gary from the lounge also proactively considered my dinner requirements and provided timely service. This experience truly reflects the excellent service level of the entire hotel and made me feel completely at home. I eagerly look forward to my next visit!

The hotel is very close to Shenyang Station. With morning and night markets nearby, it's incredibly convenient for exploring. The breakfast spread is quite generous. On the second floor, you'll find Xihe Yayuan, a Beijing Roast Duck restaurant perfect for business entertaining. There's currently a promotion on the afternoon tea set, and the cheesecake serving is very substantial, offering excellent value.

The road construction right outside the hotel entrance made access quite inconvenient. There were also few shopping malls nearby, and a pedestrian street was notably deserted. Even on the 26th floor, I could hear the noise from the road construction downstairs at night. I booked an Executive Room, which was supposed to include afternoon tea, executive lounge privileges, and a simple dinner. Dinner was served on the 23rd floor, but the selection was very limited. If you arrived a bit later, many dishes were already gone, and they weren't replenished even after a long wait. The next morning, breakfast quality suffered significantly because of a large conference group. Food replenishment was slow, and even basic condiments like pickles ran out. The swimming pool was very small, though the gym was decent, and staff informed us it was open 24/7. As for the L'Occitane themed afternoon tea: it was excessively sweet, to the point of being cloying. I would not recommend it.

You can really feel her dedication; she proactively anticipates guests' needs. Her attention to thoughtful details is a huge plus. Having a front desk staff member like her made the entire check-in experience incredibly smooth and pleasant. Monita definitely deserves a big thumbs-up!

The room was excellent, clean, and spacious. The front desk thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit, and the toiletries were good, with great shower pressure. It's conveniently located near Taiyuan Street, and the location also makes it easy to get to the train station. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing. Definitely a worthwhile choice.

My stay was truly delightful! The hotel's ambiance perfectly matches its brand identity – sophisticated and high-end. The rooms are spacious, bright, and stylishly designed. The comfortable bedding and excellent bathroom facilities were much appreciated. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and incredibly responsive and attentive. They even thoughtfully decorated the room for my birthday, which was such a lovely gesture! The service truly deserves high praise. Breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!
