The location is good, in the city center, Futian district. Although, it is hard to find the lobby and long time to wait the elevator. The room is quite small but there is a washing machine and small kitchen. The most disappointing point is the bed, it’s really hard for me.

Front desk and house keeping staff very friendly. And helpful. Always greeted with a smile. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety to cater for both Chinese and western guests. Excepional, just love it. Shenzhen metro within walking distance, say 8 minutes and the electronics world about the same. Lots of nearby restaurants and there are 2 big shopping centres within 10 minutes of walking from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel as value for money. Also, can watch Hong Kong tv Jade channel.
