Amenities: Excellent, the room was fully equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless, and it was great to be able to open the window for fresh air. Location: Very convenient surroundings, within walking distance to parks, the subway, and a shopping mall. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Service: H at the front desk provided exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, and answered all our questions with great patience. Highly recommend!

This hotels experience from start to finish was amazing. We both really enjoyed our stay greatly, the hotel room was clean, modern and large. The staff at reception were warm and friendly. Best place I’ve stayed in a long time. Will be back! Highly recommend 🙌

This was the warmest welcome i have ever received in. China hotel. Though the man at the desk spoke little english he used his phone to translate he showed me the room and after i booked it through trip. He upgraded me to a better bigger room . And Eva and Leo where so helpfull what ever i asked they where there to help me and guide me. Definitely will stay here again . Thank you guys .

Nice hotel but walkway from metro to hotel has a lot of construction hence can be difficult if rolling luggages. Hotel provided a room upgrade and room is large with toiletries provided or upon request. Hotel has few restaurants but we didn't have the opportunity to try. Overall comfortable hotel with good service, will choose if in same area again.

Booked for a friend, said it was a very satisfying trip, booked the room very late, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room, will come again next time, the breakfast is very rich

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. I stayed at Grand Skylight Haoyue Hotel for three days during the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) period. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's thoughtful consideration for the students taking the exam! From the encouraging pins gifted upon check-in and the motivational posters in the elevator corridors, to the light, nutritious, and varied breakfast options – every detail showed their care. Highly commendable! 👍🏻 The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Suggestions: The design of the sink faucet could be improved, as water consistently splashes onto clothes when washing hands. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, almost non-existent.

While reception staff was not capable of any English, one management lady helped out very nicely. In total, clean room and bathroom, breakfast for such a hotel surprisingly tasty with good coffee (all self service). Gym equipment rather ”home use quality” than what you usually can expect in such a hotel (as the price is not cheap at all). Billiard room. Generally: a business hotel far away from every city center / mall, etc. Though for some customers or suppliers, if they are close, a good option avoiding Shenzhen standard every day traffic jam.
