My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

MM477302****The hotel was easy to locate and has an excellent location. The hotel staff were wonderful, incredibly responsive, and always ready to assist with any request. Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were well soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The smart assistant (Xiao Du) was a great feature; it allowed us to order takeout and have it delivered directly to our room without needing to go downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful.

1110237****Squeezing in a last-minute getaway, hehe😁 As many reviews noted, check-in was quite slow. However, I could tell the front desk attendant was genuinely putting in a lot of effort to find an available room and assign a suitable one. We were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade too. While waiting in line for check-in, a staff member offered us drinks and small pastries. Since it was already past 4 PM and we were quite tired upon arrival, this gesture was very thoughtful.
The seawater was indeed nice. From the balcony, you could see the free public park teeming with swimmers until very late at night. The waves were strong and quite high, and the kids had a blast. We even spotted small fish occasionally when diving underwater. The outdoor infinity pool was beautiful and very enjoyable to swim in. The indoor one, however, felt just so-so. The kids' play area was closed, so our main focus was playing in the ocean waves.
The information mentioned that dinner reservations were required, but tables were only held until 6 PM. Six o'clock, however, is the perfect time to enjoy the evening and witness the most beautiful sunset. So, making a reservation felt rather pointless; you could just go directly. Also, the weekend meal supplement was a bit pricey: 428 for adults, and 249 for children between 1.2-1.4 meters tall. The dishes were quite plentiful, with the most expensive item, small lobsters, limited to half a lobster per person. It felt more like we were paying for the ambiance than just the food. Furthermore, the package included breakfast for two adults and one child, but the child had to be under 1.2 meters tall. I felt that children under 1.2m are typically offered breakfast for free anyway, so explicitly stating it was 'included for one child' felt a bit like feigned generosity. However, there was a special discount if you added breakfast at the front desk.
Exiting the hotel lobby, if you turn right and walk up the road, you'll reach a seaside boardwalk where the water is even greener. It's about a 2km walk to Xiaomeisha, a nice option for those who enjoy strolling.
The travel photography service, highly praised in many reviews, was indeed great at teaching us how to pose. However, the 'fine-tuned' editing seemed to be mostly one-click beautification and wasn't really necessary; I would have preferred just the original photos.
Overall, if you're not particularly price-sensitive, you can definitely have a fantastic holiday experience here. A big thank you again for the room upgrade, which significantly enhanced our stay! 😄🥰

His warm welcome, the complimentary welcome fruits, and detailed explanations, along with his meticulous attention during both check-in and check-out, left a fantastic impression. The 24-hour gym is a given, and its transparent window design really helps you feel refreshed and invigorated. The location is also excellent, with convenient transport links, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Additionally, they offered complimentary evening amenities like porridge, ice, and tea, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.

Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick.
Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient.
Lastly, I liked that here you can check out before 2pm not 12:00 as in other hotels.
Overall, customer service is excellent. If you are travelling to Shenzhen and don’t know Chinese better choose good review hotels which would help you.

Upon arrival, the hotel duty manager Allison assisted us with early checkin at 12pm. She was also helpful to ask one of the bellboys to assist me with a courier postage which totally save me the hassle from going to the post office. Steven from concierge was very patient to understand our personal preferences to give some really good recommendations of activities, places to visit, and even recent special events in the city 👍 recommend to ask their hotel concierge for recommebdations if you have no travel plans in Shenzhen. The hotel concierge also provides service to store our online purchase parcels that were delivered to the hotel. As we were celebrating birthday during our hotel stay, they have prepared birthday cake and birthday pillows which was absolutely adorable. At the end of our stay, the duty manager Rachel presented us a small gift token which surprised us and make our stay memorable ❤️. The hotel room was more than spacious for 2 people to stay. The bathroom was large too and i really appreciate the duo wash basins and the tv screen on the mirror. The shower was abit difficult to use and the shower head tends to slip down from the stand. The bed was sooooo comfortable and they have a wide selection of pillow. This is definitely one of the best hotel beds we slept on. Other than the fact that other furnitures like the study table and sofa were a bit dated, overall the room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel spa services. The massage service was soooo good. Love their curation of essential oil. The masseur was skillful to hit the the sore spot with the right amount of strength💆🏻♀️. We had a very good sleep after the massage. We will definitely return to Four Seasons again and will recommend others to stay at this hotel.

MM316126****The hotel's design is flawless, featuring smart technology that makes everything incredibly convenient. My room even came with a projector for watching movies – I absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the national day holidays. The service and amenities were great. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the hotel set-up the room for us and also provided a complimentary cake! The staff is very polite and helpful! Our late check out request was accommodated, which we highly appreciated. Breakfast options are great! The swimming pool was clean (but not heated as advertised). The gym was clean and spacious! The kids club was the highlight for the kids, they really enjoyed playing there every morning after breakfast. The housekeeping staff was very nice and replenished all toiletries instantly! The boys at the check-in counter were very polite and deserve a raise! The location is excellent and there are many restaurants and shopping facilities at walking distance. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a room with two double beds. We have two kids and we booked the family room, which comes with a king bed and an extra single bed. The little one had to sleep with us and the sleeping space was tight for the three of us. I recommend adding rooms that can accommodate 2 children or a bedroom with a bunkbed option. We recommend this hotel overall.

We booked a 'mystery room' and used a Ctrip upgrade voucher, ending up with a partial sea view room. Though not spacious, the room was spotless, and the mattress and bedding were especially comfortable – we slept soundly.
The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, only charging a 200 RMB deposit with no additional cleaning fee – a truly thoughtful touch! Downstairs, there's a quiet, clean private beach where our dog had an absolute blast. After playing, we'd just chill on the terrace, enjoying the sea breeze – truly the perfect vacation vibe. (Note: Sea access prohibited after 7 PM.)
The only minor drawback was the limited dining options nearby, but overall, the experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to friends with pets!

BBon AngOne of the best hotel in Shenzhen. From the bell boy to the reception and the restaurant staff, you will receive top notch services- thumb up. Their dim sum is good. The staff are super friendly and they had upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking and when we call and ask on check out timing they had automatically inform us that they had extended our checkout timing to 2pm. Impressive. We Had Accidentally left 4 boxes of blueberries and tomatoes in the mini fridge, staff treats for them haha
