Convenient location, next to metro station, many eateries around, a great park & mall ten minutes walk away. Excellent staff, especially the young man at front desk, very polite & helpful, and the woman at breakfast room, always hard working & cheerful, single-handedly took care of entire breakfast. Room however is quite rundown, not renovated at all. Stains & holes on chair and wall, noisy & stale smelling air conditioner. Threadbare towels & uneven floor. Hotel was understaffed

Room was clean and comfortable, location was good near Shaibu Metro Station. Good value for money. On the way walking to Shaibu Metro Station from the hotel, there is a delicious Shantou Cheong Fun shop under a big tree perfect for breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few caveats. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the Metro and close to a variety of shops, which made getting around the city very convenient. The room itself was clean and had all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also a bonus that they offer access to washing and drying machines, which is quite handy for travelers. Breakfast was included, but it’s quite basic – just enough to get you started for the day. One thing to note is that the hotel shares a building with other establishments, so you may need to wait a bit longer for the elevator, especially during busy times. The hotel is located opposite a primary school, so it can get a little noisy in the mornings with kids arriving and morning activities. However, it quiets down after that. The only real downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke around noon in the room, which was surprising and unpleasant since we are non-smokers. It’s unclear where the smell was coming from, but it did affect our comfort during that time of day. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, well-located option with clean rooms and practical amenities.

First of all, the location is very good, Buji can be retreated and entered, next to Shenzhen East High-speed Railway Station, to Shenzhen Universiade is even more convenient, five subway stations, in addition, the room is very comfortable, the sleep is very good, the breakfast is also delicious, more importantly, downstairs is full of food, everything you need, next time I come to Shenzhen, I will stay here

The room is next to the community, not noisy at night, the hotel facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, and it is close to the scenic spot. The room is clean and tidy, there is no peculiar smell, the bed sheets are clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, disposable cups, toothbrushes, combs, toilet mats are all available, and the supplies are complete. The service staff has a good attitude and greets with a smile when they meet. The hotel has free parking and there are security guards patrolling the building at night, so safety is assured. There is a phone in the room that can call the front desk, and the front desk is on duty 24 hours a day. It is worth staying!

The hot water supply is stable and sufficient, and bathing is particularly comfortable. In addition, the air conditioning, TV, free wireless network and other facilities in the room work well, fully meeting daily usage needs, and every detail is thoughtful. The service staff are enthusiastic, professional and caring. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff greeted us with a smile and the process was efficient and quick.

Location is pretty good. Mtr station Caopu is around the corner. Shops and restaurants are on the other side of the corner. Speed of wifi is not quick enough for streaming on a tablet unfortunately.

The environment is very good, and the place is convenient for where I want to go. There are small stalls below. The man at the front desk saw that we came very late and helped me apply for check-out at 2 o'clock to facilitate our next stop.

The girl at the hotel front desk was warm and attentive, the breakfast was quite rich, and she gave me two bottles of mineral water in the room after I finished it. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes travel very convenient, and dining nearby is also very convenient. All in all, it's a good choice to live here.

Ms. Chen at the front desk of the hotel has a good service attitude and environmental sanitation. You can eat downstairs. It is convenient to be close to the window of the world. The transportation is very good. It is highly recommended to stay at home.
