服務：前台服務太差
大早上私自用房卡開門。人凌晨3點入住。打掃衞生9點私自用房卡打開門。隔一會叫一次。睡眠質量及其受影響。本來想續房的。想想算了。其它酒店下午2點退房。這裏大早上跟催命一樣。反正不推薦

我提前一週預訂的標間到店變成了麻將房，讓服務員換房，卻説沒房換，要麼衹能退房！旅遊高峯期你讓我退房，大晚上的讓我上哪找酒店？結果衹能將就。準備洗澡的時候發現廁所推拉窗衹有一半，讓服務員來看，問她咋辦？她説沒辦法，衹能這樣，要不你退房！****真是無語，結果衹能自己想辦法用浴巾做了個簾子暫時擋住，更不要説窗紗全是壞的、浴室沒有浴帽、房門不能反鎖！這是我住過最最最差的酒店！服務態度也非常差！
