Amazing
GGuest UserI came to Baibin again after 7 years, and this time I chose the Haiyue Hot Spring Resort Hotel, which opened in 2023. We took JR from Jiyi Shengpu to Shibahama Station, Laobai came to pick up the station, sent us to the hotel to check in and sent us to the three sections of the wall and thousands of stacks. Laobai's service was very warm and I have lived in many hot spring hotels. This time I was deeply impressed by the intimate service of Laobai! In front of the hotel is the yacht harbor. The view from the window of our room is beautiful. It enjoys the clear sea water of Ningyu and cleans the tiredness of the journey. Many details of the hotel are well done. The water quality of the Japanese natural hot spring is very good. The pool is very clean and very comfortable. The next day, the men and women pools are exchanged. Hotel supplies are very special, toiletries are two series of pola, children are Beiqin, the hotel provides socks and silk eye masks, you can also taste various flavors of ice cream for free, free 3 flavors per day 6 bottles of drinks, breakfast is very rich, the hotel bedding is very comfortable, Second-layer mattress, fluffy and soft quilt, high-suitable pillows, this night sleep is very comfortable; this time I chose Haiyue is very wise, once again thank Lao Bai!
EEL007The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive.
We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.
Ssandy66Very good, superb visual sense, unbeatable sea view, the hot spring is also very good, very comfortable indoors and outdoors 👍🏻 There are many varieties of breakfast, and the variety of fruits is surprising, fresh and delicious!
GGuest UserMingguang bus sits down at Xinyuzaki Station and can be seen when you look up. Before coming, I was worried about other comments saying that ”there is a large suitcase on the slope is more difficult”. In fact, it is good, the slope is not long or steep, and it is completely acceptable.
The check-in time was 4 o'clock, and there was no one at the front desk. I threw the suitcase and went out to play. I came back to register. The front desk is a foreigner, the accent is a bit heavy, and the service attitude is not to pick. I lived in a Japanese-style room, the ceiling light could not be turned on, I contacted the front desk to help, and I came soon. The switch on the top light is on the TV cabinet! Not on the wall! It's really hard to find.
Plus points: convenient bus, close to the saki soup, beautiful sea view
Less points: cloth group to shop, hot spring hotel but do not provide bathrobes (there is a towel)
The overall is very good, but it does not match the price, and the price is not high. I chose this one because I wanted a hotel with ”sea view + tatami + hot spring”. There is this one that is in line with (there is also a cheaper one, but there is no separate bathroom). After staying, I feel that it is better to add money to enjoy better service, or give up one of them to find cheap ones.
00yaoyao2029The hotel is very close to the station, and Google map ”MU” is very clear and convenient. The front desk guy can communicate fluently in English and the introduction is very clear. Four girls shared a room. It was the first time for me to fold the tatami by myself. It was very convenient and clean.
In addition, the hot spring room on the first floor is also clean. It is currently off-season and the hot spring room is reserved. Luckily~ Finally, there is a restaurant on the second floor, which has everything from bread, coffee, eggs and milk. 👍🏻
GGuest UserVery good. The service of the store is very good. The front desk can speak Chinese. The people are super gentle. The sea view is worth it. It is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. Recommended! (The room is a bit big and may be a bit cold. Then my friend and I are not used to the Japanese breakfast. But it is still very convenient and comfortable to eat in the morning. It depends on your opinion.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, with breakfast. Breakfast was basic.
The room was small, luckily we didn't have much luggage, in general it was clean. There's no bathroom/shower in the room, which we knew when we booked, but didn't expect there's no toilet or even a sink in the room. There aren't that many toilet on each floor and you do have to walk a fair bit, so if you or your family need to use the toilet at night then you should have second thought.
The osen area is clean but not too big, and it was crowded when I went, so if you like some privacy then will need to either go very early or very late at night.
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
RRickyOverall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good.
Improvement:-
It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room.
It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day, as we were dining two days with almost same food.
哈哈里亚纳邦丹普斯Ah, おじいさん at the front desk is really serious. He speaks Japanese English very seriously. Because it is serious, sometimes it seems to be serious. They are actually very friendly people. I watched and bowed when I checked out, so I was not used to it. The room is a bit old, but the room is spacious. The facilities should be there. The location is near the three sections of the scenic spot. You can walk to a Lawson convenience store. You can buy a one-day and two-day ticket for local buses at Shirahama Station. Comes with timetable and coupons.
