GGuest UserThis was a very happy journey. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and stylish. You can tell at a glance that a lot of thought was put into it. The room was large and Japanese style. The Chinese lady boss was very elegant and considerate. She patiently introduced the route and food. You can ask her if you don't understand anything. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. Living here didn't feel like a foreign country at all. I will definitely come here again next time.

Later, we decided to stay at this hotel after seeing many good reviews on Google and Japan Hotel Reservation Network. The staff are very kind and friendly, the room is comfortable and there is a private bath. Because we checked in on Christmas Day, the hotel also arranged a bingo game, and every participating guest also received a gift, which was very happy! We chose a room with two meals, and they also got a big chicken spleen for Christmas, which was very filling and satisfying! ! A very unforgettable experience. The room is as good as the picture. The location is actually OK. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to Shirahama Beach. It is also very close to the bus station. You can walk there in three to five minutes.
Back to the hotel itself, the room is actually quite large, which is more than enough for one or two people. It is a tatami with a quilt on top. The air-conditioning and the bathroom are quite clean. Although it is an older hotel, it is really clean. It feels like living in Nobita Nobi's house.
The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. The old grandfather and grandmother are very patient. They lent me the charger immediately when I forgot to bring it.
It is worth mentioning that Shirahama Onsen has a large bathhouse and an open-air shower. It is very suitable for couples to travel or group travel. It is a bit hairy to live alone hahahaha.
Overall, it is highly recommended. I will choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Shirahama next time. Keep it up.

GGuest UserThis homestay is seen in other hotels in Xinyi without rooms and tried to book it. It is a fresh Japanese style. The room is not as good as the suite. The interior is divided into a porch and 3 functional rooms. The utensils and equipment are clean and new. The toothbrush and other configurations are no different from the hotel. The nearby hot spring tickets are also provided. A family of three or four can live in a very comfortable place. There is also a screen that can be used for simple partitions. If you take Japanese-style photos, you can make a lot of films. There are 3 buses from Shibahama JR Station, about 8 stops. After getting off the bus, you can walk for 4-5 minutes. The yellow and white brush of the whole building is very eye-catching in the surrounding gray buildings. There is a sign on the roadside. The store will send the route one day before check-in (although not completely correct) But in general, it is not difficult to find it in combination with Google map. But the defects in this place are also obvious. First of all, the self-check-in and check-out are fully self-check-in. The store has a phone and does not speak Chinese. If you have something, you need to transfer through Trip.com. Second, it may be a relationship that has just opened. There are few errors in the information left, which is easy to mislead. For example, there is no parking lot in the information. The actual house is a parking lot in front of the house. Each suite will also provide a parking space. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.

GGuest UserThe view is stunning, but taking the bus to Oura Station means you have to drag your suitcases up a bit, or catch the 6:00 PM shuttle bus from Shirahama Station. It's worth checking the shuttle bus schedule beforehand; the last one seems to be around 5:00 PM. The bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but the other services are good. With fewer Chinese tourists, it's mostly Japanese families with children. The indoor pool is a bit small, mostly occupied by the children. The breakfast was okay and filling, a typical hotel buffet, but they do offer mentaiko and tuna. On the way back, the hotel booked a taxi to the airport, which took 10 minutes. It's a bit far from Shirarahama, Senjojiki, and Sandanbeki, so it's best to get a timetable and have change ready if you're taking the bus.

GGeraldLim1Beautiful Ryokan! The room I stayed in had tatami floors and western beds. The doors slide instead of open outwards like they usually do. Toilets are relatively small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature! However we did not shower much because.. We showered at the Onsen instead since we were there to spend time! The Onsen is tattoo-friendly as confirmed by the check in staff, and the water really had skin smoothing effects. Yukatas are available at lobby area for all guests, and level two has a restaurant with microwave and ice machine outside for your konbini meals. No view from the room, but that's fine cos the Onsen itself was worth a visit. Steep short hill up to the lobby, but if you drive then that's fine. Free to use outdoor BBQ area, but didn't have the chance to. Rooms were comfy, sleep was good with minimal disturbance. Side note: my underwear got stolen at the onsen and I never managed to find it back again but that's fine cos it was worth the Onsen experience. Stayed two nights here, no regrets, would totally do it again! Oh and Onsen area has got numbered lockers to store your belongings but not your undies!

It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room.
It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day, as we were dining two days with almost same food.
