We are a group of one adult and one child. The child is 11 years old this year. We booked a Japanese-style room. We paid extra for breakfast for two people on the spot, 2200 yen per person, so the final price for the room was about 850 yuan.
Facilities: The environment and facilities are relatively good, but it is the hot spring of other hot spring hotels, all indoors. This is similar to the Dormy Hotel in Wakayama. The only difference is the view from the Japanese-style room to the outside. Looking directly at the endless glass sea of the Pacific Ocean. The main reason for booking this room is the view. If you pay attention to hot springs, Key terrace is more ideal. The view of the Japanese-style room is very beautiful, and the area of the Japanese-style room is very large. If you stay in a family, two adults and two children, it will definitely be stress-free.
Environment: The public area environment is very good. There is a little beauty at the front desk who can provide Chinese services, and the location is very clean.
It is very convenient to take the bus here. There is a bus stop at the door, and there is a very delicious izakaya next to it. The black house in the picture is downstairs from the hotel. You can Baidu it. There is a bus stop at the door. Basically, there are buses coming as soon as you get out of JR. The bus stop at the door is 3 stops away, and you can reach Shiraraso in one hour. It is also very convenient to go to Saki-no-Yu. The bus schedule is in the picture on the left. We only stayed in this hotel for one day, because we were going to key terrace on the second night. The Marriott is right behind Sanrakuso. I think the Marriott is very far from the beach and the sea view... Actually, the most important thing is that the Marriott is on the hillside... That hillside, I'm not kidding. It's super hard to pull the luggage. Don't try it lightly. We didn't pull the luggage, and it's too high even if you just walk up,

I had a great experience staying at this hotel!
The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better.
However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride.
Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

This is a warm hotel with a long history in Japan. It includes breakfast and dinner. The price for three people is about 2,000 yuan. Neither breakfast nor dinner is self-service. As for the taste, you can judge for yourself. The hotel has a great view and is very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was too cold and windy during the two days we went there. We didn't stay on the beach for too long. We booked a tatami room that can sleep 4 people. When we went there, we took the JR from Wakayama to Shirahama and then the bus. When we came back, we took the high-speed bus, which was right in front of the hotel and went directly to JR Namba. The price was also much cheaper, which was much more convenient than taking the train back to Osaka.

Very good. The service of the store is very good. The front desk can speak Chinese. The people are super gentle. The sea view is worth it. It is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. Recommended! (The room is a bit big and may be a bit cold. Then my friend and I are not used to the Japanese breakfast. But it is still very convenient and comfortable to eat in the morning. It depends on your opinion.

It would be worthwhile if it was a good season, but now it's off-season and the price is about 2000 per night. With the sea breeze, the whole night is filled with wind noise. In addition, there is an engine noise in the room at night, which seems to be coming from the engine room or somewhere else. It sounds for 10 seconds and stops for a few seconds, and the frequency changes. It is hard to imagine that a room at this price has such facility problems. People who are sensitive to sound will not be able to fall asleep at all. I will not stay here again. I will try the hot spring hotel by the sea next time.

The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive.
We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.
We will welcome you on the hill of the famous spring "Shirahama Onsen" in Kishu Wakayama.

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance.
Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided.
Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day.
Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good.
Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away.
If you come back to Baibin, you will choose again.

GGuest UserVery good, first of all, the location is extremely convenient, 20 meters next to the three-stage wall bus station, get off the bus, and go back to the three-stage wall.
Secondly, the room is large, clean and beautiful, and it is very comfortable to sleep. Although it is a shared bathroom, there is more than one. I didn't encounter the situation when I used it. It should be noted that the bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, cleanser foam, but there is no toothbrush, there may be a toothbrush but I didn't see it. I brought my toothbrush and I didn't ask.
The couple who ended up running the hotel were very friendly and I felt very warm, thank you!
ああやの2525The quality of dinner and breakfast was very high and very delicious. The carefully selected hot springs were also very pleasant and beautiful enough to see the stars in the night sky. It was a very nice hotel.
GGuest UserVery satisfied! There is Daiso near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping! The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I left my water cup on the train, and they patiently helped me communicate by phone. Basically, the staff are very patient and enthusiastic to help with everything I need help with. The private bath is not expensive, but you need to make an appointment in advance. It's a pity that I didn't make an appointment for the private bath this time. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, very rich!
GGuest UserConvenient location, get off the bus is the hotel, the hotel large bath is very comfortable, soundproofing facilities are very poor, not suitable for children to stay, hotel meal quality is average, just full, staff work mechanically, did not listen to the needs of guests, because we are on trip.com Booking, the hotel staff made a mistake and forcibly charged the fee for one more child, although in the end Trip .com had a refund of the fee, because the fee issue lingered in the hotel for nearly an hour, it felt very bad not to receive assistance, resulting in a very unpleasant journey that day.
Finally, I want to talk about a fairly large hotel, no staff who understand basic simple English.
KKUNINORIWe were impressed by the staff's extremely polite attitude and the way they used language when we checked in.
Our family of four stayed in a room with four beds in one room.
The view was great, the illuminations were beautiful at night, and the surrounding hotels probably helped create a nice atmosphere.
The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were luxurious and we enjoyed a lot.
The bath was also great, with an open-air bath and the fresh air was refreshing.
We were a little confused as it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel from the road.
It would have been nice if there had been clearer signs.
GGuest UserThe staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the hot spring is great, except for the lack of private bathroom, it is a perfect experience. I like the combination of stairs and barrier-free design. The ramen shop next door is very salty. The elevator at Sandai Cliff is not recommended. The men's bath at Saki-no-Yu will be seen by the hotel next door. The women's bath has a shed. Shirarahama is beautiful, with a glass sea and white sand beach. The seafood market is crowded and the dining environment is poor. The food is also very expensive. It is better to go to other decent seafood restaurants.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a large free parking lot. It is very close to park outside and then go to the front desk to check in... The waiter will drive to each room. If you check in during peak hours, the waiting time for the battery car is very long. Overall, it is a resort suitable for one experience. Breakfast and dinner are quite satisfactory... Next to the toretore seafood market, the location is still great!
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
PPeterIf you are not traveling by car, it is not recommended because the local transportation is only private cars, taxis and sightseeing buses (the last bus is around 18:00, not sure), and the check-in area and the check-in area are on separate sides, and there are no nearby You have to walk 800 meters to find a 24-hour convenience store, and any nearby shops and restaurants will close after 7 p.m.
However, after you check-in, the local waiter will drive you to your accommodation in a private car. The Japanese-style rooms all have private baths, so you can enjoy your own hot spring experience. The tatami mats are very comfortable, making it more suitable for couples to drive together than alone. The car is coming
GGuest UserThe room is very general, it is the worst I have ever lived, that is, cheap, but the health is not flattering, and the check-in is not smooth, I have a front desk when I arrive at the store, but I don’t give it to me. I have to handle it by email. I can’t handle it on Android mobile phones. Then the front desk secretly disappeared and did not appear. I could not handle it. In the end, Trip.com could not solve it in the middle of the night, but recommended to me a Chinese to help me handle it successfully. I only lived in. I could go to see the sunset and see the fire. I was affected and very angry.
