Hualien Hotels with Airport Shuttle

We booked a room for three people this time, but when we arrived, all the supplies were provided for two people. Although we responded and they told us that they would make up for us immediately, the welcome gift was still two copies, and the service staff It was said that the welcome gift was not within the scope of three people. I felt very disappointed. We all went down to ask for it in person. It was very shameful. Breakfast and midnight snacks were very good and we could eat them all.

Book a quadruple room for the New Year, there is a homestay with such a high cp value! The room is exactly the same as the photo! Parking is oversized! The environment is clean and the room is full! There are a lot of board games to borrow, and there are balls to play! Really have everything! There is also a water dispenser to use, the breakfast buffet is very careful, just the dishes I like to eat! Really great! I want to live again next time I come to Tailuge!

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

The hotel staff service is very good, every staff member is very attentive and friendly. The facilities are also very good, with many different types of facilities and activities to participate in, as well as many parent-child facilities that are recommended. As for food, I tried the room service's beef noodles and fried chicken, both were very delicious. The century egg noodles were a bit too spicy. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good.

Updates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time. ==================== 2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked. Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable. For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast. Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

The room has a large view and a balcony. The massage slippers are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. The restaurant has a large bay window and a balcony, which is bright. The overall style is Spanish. It is very leisurely to take a boat around the lake to understand the environment of the resort. The greenery is very good, and I don’t want to leave. The only drawback is that the double bed is a bit small for two people to sleep.

Parking is inconvenient😩The indoor parking height is below 160cm, and the service staff is not very clear😓 (whether our small SUV can park) and asked us to go and park it😩Oh my God‼ ️(If the car gets stuck and breaks down, I don’t know who will be held responsible😓) I asked him what if the car stops and gets stuck? She replied to me that if you are worried, you can park in the nearby flat parking lot (across the street that cooperates) 😩It turned out that all the guests had parked their cars across the street, and no one dared to try to park 😭ps Every time I go out, I have to inform the hotel 10 minutes early when I return‼ ️ Another thing that makes me uncomfortable is that although we are promoting environmental protection and not providing disposable hygiene products, hand soap can also be placed on the bathroom sink in a non-disposable manner 😮💨 Otherwise, it would be strange to ask guests to buy it themselves (there are non-disposable items such as shower gel and shampoo hanging on the wall in the bathroom) This is the first time I feel dissatisfied with staying in an unhappy hotel in Hualien 😮💨

The location is very close to the night market, and the breakfast has an old-fashioned taste There are also the famous Zheng Zheng Baozi, snacks are available in the evening (barley peanut soup or burdock and pork ribs soup), and afternoon tea includes small egg tarts, red bean soup, and ice cream. cp value is very high

A nice hotel that is very conveniently located near the Hualien Bus Station (5mins walk) and Hualien Train Station (10mins walk) which means transportation around the area isn’t an issue. The room was clean and spacious - can fit two full-sized luggage comfortably with ample walking space. The service was very prompt as well - called front desk for more hangers and received them between 5-10mins. Wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast as well - porridge with condiments, toasts, cooked food. Would recommend this hotel for the transport convenience, good service and room size!
