Divina was very welcoming and helpful us check in when we faced with some issues.love the cosy unit, cleanliness, the location being near lots of food spots. We actually just needed to cycle or walk around. Price is very good value for money too, would like to stay again.

There were some difficulties with the app, but after reinstalling it, everything worked fine. The hotel is new, clean, has good noise insulation, there is shampoo and shower gel with a pleasant smell. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, air purifier and air conditioning. My room was perfect for one tourist. Special thanks to the concierge Divina and the digital concierge Mae, who answered all my questions, explained in detail how to use the app and were generally very nice and friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel again!

The hotel environment is very good, very clean, and the service is also very good. There are people serving on WhatsApp 24 hours a day, and they will send me the routes of some famous attractions I need to go to.
