It’s opposite Concorde Hotel and Shopping Center, 3mins distance walk to Somerset MRT (5mins if go for underground tunnel through centerpoint).
Location is strategic, there is a convenient store at Ground Floor.
Room is spacious and have full amenities.

It was nice to stay at the Hotel Grand Central Singapore. The staff was really polite, and the bellboy was particularly helpful with our 3 huge suitcases. The room is spacious and tidy. Didn't expect to provide decent toiletries amenities such as a vanity kit, sanitary bag and sewing kit (saying this because some hotels doesn’t even include those items)
It is an old hotel, so don't expect it to be completely rust-free. There's some rusting on the bathtub, but that's okay. It is a convenient location. It's just across from Orchard Gateway, around 313 Somerset. It's roughly 5-8 minutes away from Somerset MRT station.
The amenities are decent. There is a small gym and a small rooftop swimming pool area. There are also other eateries in the surrounding neighbourhood. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. If you want to look into more of the Somerset area this hotel may be suitable for you. Hope this help for anyone who reads the feedback section 😊

We stayed at Hotel Grand Central Singapore for 2 nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Orchard Road, with easy access to MRT stations, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options nearby. It’s a great base for exploring the city.
The room was clean and functional, with all the basic amenities you'd expect, including a mini-fridge, safe, and complimentary state-of-the-art water dispenser (hot &cold). The 2 beds were comfortable and they're fitting for an average size room which is quite typical for Singapore hotels in this price range. Wi-Fi was stable and reasonably fast throughout my stay.
Staff were courteous and check-in/check-out was smooth. There’s a rooftop pool and gym, which are nice additions, though we didn’t get to use them much.
Overall, Hotel Grand Central offers good value for money if you're looking for a well-located, no-frills stay in Singapore.

Good price, good location, friendly counter staffs, comfortable King sized bed .. except I could not bear with the strong perfume scent because of my nose allergy. Otherwise, all is good.

The rooms are tiny but it’s Singapore, you pay for what you get. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel located in a very central place along Orchard Road. Close to everything. 3 minutes walk to both Plaza Singapura and Central Gateway and it’s a very reasonable hotel in terms of prices too. Ever in Singapore, you should definitely book this

Close to anywhere you want, take the train, bus, taxi is very easy and shopping to the orchard is just a few steps away.
