Easy to check in and out. We love that it’s very near at the train station. It was also to go to the Stadium. They clean the room and change towels daily. It’s also quiet and peaceful. Nice view outside too. Thank you!

Location wise - Despite the opening of the new MRT Thomson line, it's in fact a long way to walk between the MRT station and the Copthorne King's Hotel, and our experience was extremely and terribly bad since we needed to walk without any covered/sheltered pathway/underpass/buildings around under the sudden pour of rain during the few days of our stay, and we were all completely drenched. The hotel facilities are all too worn-out : the slippery bathtub, poor lighting, 'wire-exposed' hair dryer, the 'can't be opened' door to the balcony, the so-called 'Genie voice' smart device, etc. all did not function properly. Obviously, the hotel does not have any maintenance. Unfortunately, it does not live up to its brandname and to our expectations. Really scared us off and will definitely not choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Check in was quick, but there was a foul smell as soon as step into the corridor. The foul smell permeates even into my room. Complain and my room was switched. Informed by the cleaner that the smell originates fr the next room. Something happened there. Nevertheless saw the cleaner furiously cleaning up the area. Room service was fast , clean n efficient.

Location is good. Room is well maintained thought it was old need renovations.

Got an upgraded room. Instead of the additional balcony we have an extra room space. Check in took half an hour. The facilities were like before. No smoke smell. There was a Starbucks vending machine at the lobby. We tried their dinner buffet. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Got a free upgrade to the signature room. Room was quite newly renovated and clean. Though it doesn't comes with a balcony, I very much prefer this room as it is more modern looking. Check-in was smooth and service was good. Will definitely return again.

I was told that the type of room with balcony I booked was fully occupied. they told me they will give me an upgraded room which downside is without balcony but better view at higher floor. Expectations was then set high till I went into the room which I not sure if this is really a better room. View wasn’t great and also bed was beside the wall and window.. Sound proof was not good as can hear the doors open from rooms nearby….

Overall is good. Ordered lunch for room service. The payment through nets service has problem and settled after staff went up and down 3 times from the room. Check out at 11am is quite a rush.

Booked the deluxe room but upon reaching, realise it was the standard room which was the newly renovated one. Went down back to the reception and inform them and was told they upgraded me as it was a newer room. Nevertheless I still wanted to try the room with bathtub and balcony. The room needs an overhaul cause everything looks dated. Furniture was mouldy and toilet and carpet had stains. Hopefully they renovate this rooms with balcony soon.

Requested for a full bed gave me twin, room expectation was below what was expected, door lock broken, shower has no shower door so water goes out of the shower when showering. Chiller was broken, bed was not fully covered with sheets. Only the top protector was i can see the stains on the mattress

Everything was great!! We arrived early and they’re very accommodating to check us in early. Wasn’t able to dip in the pool but looks good, there’s jacuzzi on the side of it. Room esp bed is very good. There’s a bar at the property which is nice, played pool too.
